Ben and Jerry's is my favorite ice cream place in town! You can get 2 scoops in the small cup when at most other places charge more for a second flavor. I always feel like I get more for my money at this ice cream shop! My go to flavor is the strawberry shortcake and the fudgie brownie! They balance each other out well. They are also dog friendly and will give your pup and little whipped treat? Their milkshakes are super good too, you pick the ice cream it's made out of. The best on Saint George street, give it a try!
This location of the fabled Ben and Jerry’s does not live up to its name. The cashier was very rude and seemed agitated when me and my friends came in to get some ice cream. And the ice cream wasn’t even very good. It’s also way expensive, but what do you really expect when it’s at a prime tourist location. Would not recommend, there’s so many better dessert places on St George street.
Delicious ice cream, great staff, & Dog friendly:) We will definitely be back our next trip to St. Auggie.

I contracted this Scoop Shop about being a vendor for my wedding on 5/23/21 and again on 6/16/21. BOTH of my inquiries were ignored. I tried calling the shop, was told someone would get back to me- no one did. Called again in June and was told I would be given one price by the caterer by the manager may give me a difference price but I had to wait for a call back, never happened. I contacted other vendors but I know several people who love B&J so I tried one more time. I explained to whomever answered the phone about what has happened and I finally spoke to someone about the Unreturned emails, no callbacks etc. They did ask for payment before I ever received a contract and sent a money request before anything was finalized.. interesting. What kind of vendor asks for money but does not supply a contract? A shady one. The new owner Steve is inept, unprofessional and inadequate to be in ANY role of working with people. He refuses to return calls, blatantly ignored my emails after I made payment, outright refused to provide a contract for my wedding venue and coordinator and then had the audacity to throw attitude around. I am more than happy to provide emails of these exchanges with anyone. BRIDES… DO NOT GIVE THAT MAN YOUR MONEY!!! I understand some vendors just don’t work out but find one who will at least return your emails!! Supply a legal contract and not be absolutely horrible and wretched to deal with. RUN!!
OMG I really loved this Ice Cream... it is a MUST while visiting St Augustine. The texture and the taste. You won't regret having one of these.
They do not return ANY emails after months, return calls, offer NO contracts and you just have to hope they show up to your wedding. They actually refuse to give a contract… what vendor does not supply a contract? A shady one.
