This was the worst time I have been here I worked for Arby's I had 10 stores 25 years if I had this drive thru person and if the inspector had been there ya'll would have failed big time I would not have had this employee just for how rude she was short handed or not no way for her to treat people the way she did just so rude and very uncalled for. She needs to remember we are her pay check and only took 1 order at a time while at the window to pay the line was blocking on coming traffic and many customers left because the grap was so big between the menu and the window lost a lot of money that day. Best Arby's around. These guys care about their food and service and it shows. I have very little free time on the day and these guys arey goto.
The guy at the counter was very courteous, polite and helpful. I'd given 5 stars but the men's room was terrible.
My wife and I run through here pretty regularly. In recent months, things have been great. The service has been excellent; friendly and engaging. The food has been good; just all around a good experience. We'll be back again!
Not usually one to leave a bad review but I came here around 8:30 pm and nobody answered the drive thru. So I saw a worker taking out trash. Asked him if they were open and he said yes. So I explained how nobody was answering the ordering screen and he said to pull back through. So I did. I waited and waited and pulled to the window and asked to speak to someone. A very rude lady came up to the window and signaled they are closed. I asked to speak for one moment and she yelled she’s not opening the window. So I have had the worst service here. Flat out Rude workers here.
Employees were nice.. just poorly managed.. The cash register was out of receipt tape.. not that I needed one but it sorta goes toward the attitude of not caring.. after 20 minutes I could still hear the cashier tell new customers there are no receipts.. The dining area had a broken table and there was old food and trash in the eating area.. Makes me think if it is this unkept in the area the public can see what does the back kitchen look like.. The condiment area was disgusting with spilled food and sauces dried to the counter top.. I love the sandwiches but will have to pass on getting my roast beef fix at this location in the future..
Absolutely the worse customer service and food. Rude employees that tried to close the dining room 20 minutes earlier than posted which forced me to change to take out. Food was overcooked. No sauces were given but asked for considering there were no sauces available for me to grab for myself. The fries were overcooked to the point there weren't any potato left inside the fries. Please hire people who actually want to work.
My husband and I went through Arbys drive through on 1/21/2022 the girls working the drive through were pleasant enough I asked them twice for arbys sauce for our roast beef sandwiches and ketsup for our fries twice and they said ok .We got our food then drove to the big parking lot to eat and no sauce or ketsup by this time the drive through line was backed up ,it was also very cold out so I told my husband ill just walk over and get it ,I was met at the door by the rudest young man id come across in along time ,he said the inside is closed I explained to him I just wanted what I did not get with my order he then proceed to get it he threw it at me an slammed the door back as hard as he could ,he totally ruined my evening ,it was so uncalled for .
Food is usually good at this location but multiple times I have visited the lobby was closed. I didn't come to sit in a parking lot eating my food. I instead went to a nearby competitor where I sat comfortably and enjoyed my meal. I won't bother coming back.
I really love Arby's but the last few times I've gone I've gotten curly fries that were not hot and a bit greasy. Sandwich was great. Please try to improve on the fries.
