Thankful they were open as everything else was closed in the area. Walked in at 10. Ordered several apps on the half off apps menu. Food was great. Ribs were delicious. Service was okay. Until it wasn’t. Server did discount my check for the half price apps. Then I waited for over 22 minutes for my lava cake I ordered Togo. Essentially because I paid I just sat there. He never even came back to my table. I walked out rather than acting like a Karen in the store. Hey Applebees. You owe me $30!!
We decided to come here due to it being the only restaurant open til midnight. We came around 10pm. Upon arrival there was two other parties waiting. A server cleaning tables told us that there would be a 15-20 minute wait so we wait. More than 20 minutes go by and no one is there. Not a hostess or server in sight acknowledging the large number of people in their waiting area. A different employee walks by and we catch his attention and he says the same thing the previous employee did. 15-20 minute wait even though there were PLENTY of open tables. We decided to leave. Terrible service.
The wait was really long but they said they warned us they were short staffed. The salad was good, but I didn't care for the sauce on my entree. The waitress seriously made me angry with her comments to my nephew. It was rude, unprofessional and I'm still very upset with myself for not asking for a manager. We are super laid back people but she crossed a line.
Me and Saundra my love stopped by for a late dinner.She had steak with mashed potatoes and green beans. Also, French onion soup.I had the new dish, Mac and chicken strips.The food was delicious and cooked to order well.We were served by Stephanie H.at the bar. She was very nice and attentive. The restaurant was clean and it was a good atmosphere for dining. Thank you for having good management here.
The food was good. It wasn't a wait and it wasn't that crowded. The waitress Alex was very polite. He kept checking on us.
Waitress Cat was great and made the experience good. Drinks and appetizer came on time and good. Main course took a very long time husband's food cool had to send back
My husband and I ordered dinner tonight and our steak was made to perfection the way it was ordered. Kudos to the chef that makes the stakes you did a great job. St Augustine Florida.
Our waiter Myka was incredible. His attention to detail was incredible. He truly is gifted at his job. Never had to ask for a thing its as if he was in tune with what you would like or need. Never ever had a waiter like this. Dont believe me ask for him...truly amazing....he should own his own returaunts and be the only tainer for wait staff. Amazing. Oh and food was good too. ?
I had the best experience at these applebees on Saturday night. Thanks to Denise, she was the best around; I will give her five ? ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ to keep it up with your great job, and we will be back ?
They just reopened this Applebee's after remodeling it. The food was good. The service was and I'm not the best. I don't blame the waitress because she had a big section and it look like they were understaffed but it took us a long time to get a salad and then would we need at the drafting we had to ask a waitress from the other section to get it because our waitress never came back until we were almost done.
