A great place to take your lady for brunch when she says “I don’t know” to your questioning on where she wants to go for breakfast. While pricey, it wasn’t bad when split as a group and we literally ordered half the menu, plus coffees and a pitcher of mimosas ($120 for four adults). Such a cool experience (who has ever thought to have a breakfast good charcuterie board?) and a nice atmosphere. Definitely cozy inside but even with two infants and other couples inside we didn’t feel cramped. We all left very full and more than happy with our decision. The Christian decor and cards were also very welcome.
Wanted to try this places because there has been a lot of hype on the brunch-cuterie boards. I'm sad to say it was a huge disappointment. 2 sandwiches, waffles, sausage and a slice of quiche was $90!! Sure the presentation is cute.. but everything tasted like it came from a freezer and was put in a microwave. Everything was very bland, the waffles bagels and croissant were all dry. The quiche was okay but you could tell it was made in the morning and reheated throughout the day. Let's not forget about not being able to sit down anywhere. They have a total of 4 tables inside! Major let down, take your $90 and go to one of the many nice restaurants in St Augustine!
Place was absolutely packed! The food and service was wonderful. The presentation of the boards is something. Way more food than expected when I stepped in to the shop. Pimento Cheese and Crackers and food for all taste buds!
GET THE BROWNIE OR THE THREE TIER MOUSSE CAKE!! Then sit down and have a splendid moment savoring the flavors. We ate here as part of the Forks and Corks tour of Saint Augustine. The wine served was a sangria and it paired well with the dessert charcuterie.I recommend eating here. The staff was attentive. The story behind the restaurant makes me want to send everyone there! (You'll have to ask your waiter)The restaurant was nicely decorated and clean.
Melissa runs a delightfully unrefined little coffee shop next to a historic church in old downtown St. Augustine. We just had coffee and pastries... but the simple things are just on point. And the atmosphere, from furnishings to decorations to music, are just right.Highly Recommended. Will Repeat, often!
Cute little spot in St. Augustine. We’ve been coming to the area for years now & just now discovered this place. The staff was very kind and accommodating, the coffee was tasty and the food was excellent. We love Charcuterie boards so this spin on breakfast was a fun twist. If you’re looking for a pleasant experience with yummy food/coffee here’s your sign!
Wanted to give this place five because the food was excellent, but also wanted to give it three because we waited over 40 minutes for food. However, they are a boutique eatery and it was the Night of Lights weekend with parades and more tourists than normal. The owner was so kind to us and apologized for the wait which is appreciated. If you pop in, get a board or a sandwich on their croissants. It made up for the wait and the coffee was delicious too!
While this was a nice place, it didn’t meet our expectations at all. There was very little seating. Our order included waffles, which were not brought out to us on our platter. When we asked about them, they told us that they could make them but we would have to pay for them again. Then they never brought them. We felt like we waited a while for the food & it didn’t “wow” us for the price we paid. The people were kind, but it still wasn’t the best experience.
Amazing place! Great food & coffee and even better service. Loved the decor and atmosphere too.
