Just tried to eat there this Past Sunday morning . Not overly crowded, and this was my first time here. I walked up to the door and opened it to put our name down and a rude waitress snapped at me “ we’ll be with you in a minute and LEAVE that door shut.” We just turned around and walked back to the car. If you’ve ever been to Dick’s Last Resort you expect people to talk to you that way. Not out for breakfast on a Sunday morning on vacation. Sorry, I work too hard for my money. I’ll spend it somewhere else.
Cash or check only! We are staying at a nearby Airbnb and walked here, randomly. Home cooking, local place. Food was better than expected. We had the breakfast quesadilla and bean burrito. Great value and quantity for the price Service is great. No cards accepted!
Amazing little spot! The food was so good and there’s no shortage on your plate. You will leave stuffed! The staff is warm and welcoming. They make you feel right at home. I’ll definitely be back.
Best Breakfast/Brunch anywhere!!! The staff is super friendly!! We arrived on a Sunday after Church, at the tail end of their serving time. They were out of a few items which is understandable, but made up for it by taking incredible care of us. The food is crazy delicious! The French Toast Sandwich was amazing! This is our new favorite!!! ???
This little gem offers a welcoming crew and scrumptious, home-cooked food. Not only was our food delicious, it was a treat to hear the waitress describe each dish as if she really cared. If you’re lucky, they’ll be offering the cinnamon roll pancakes when you go. Yikes! So much flavor packed into each bite. For a simpler palate (mine), two eggs on rye were perfectly cooked. I wish I’d photographed the food, but only thought of it when we were facing two empty plates! Great find.
Nice little spot, delicious home style food and the servers were courteous and friendly. Just an FYI have cash to pay, definitely worth getting some grub yummy. Thank you ladies for the wonderful service!
In town for the weekend and happen to stop for breakfast. Only open till 11am so get there early. The food is incredibly delicious and filling. Made with heart and fresh as can be!! Seating is limited and cash only. Wonderful food and service!!
Best breakfast bar none that I’ve had in a restaurant in years. She cooks like my WV peeps! Every time I go to St Augustine, I’ll eat there. It’s a little bit of a wait but WELL worth it!
This was a great family run cafe. Friendly atmosphere and great food. We had Sheila’s Skillet special….. twice, it was so good! Highly recommended
