the manager on duty, “rocky” was a complete and total *sshole. kept yelling at cooks and cashiers, which created such an unwelcoming environment. when i went back up after ordering, i asked for extra sauce because i had forgotten to ask when i was ordering, he told me, “next time when you order, ask for everything you want the first time, so you don’t slow us down” and slammed my extra ranch onto the counter. when i told him, “you won’t speak to me like that” he put his hand on his hip sassily and said “i just did, deal with it.”
Very clean, Interior of the restaurant is decorated very well! Feels rustic! Good menu choices, food quality is always great.
Ordered a finger plate and asked for honey musraed sauce for my fingers then was Charged additional because I ordered the honey mustard sauce and was told the Zax came with the meal not the hobey mustard. Then to top it off wasnt even given the honey mustard in my bag, nor silverware or napkins... New here in this area and this Service Sucks!!! Wont be coming back!!!!
The wife and I stopped in here for the first time for some lunch I got the deluxe chicken sandwich pretty good nice clean quiet atmosphere food was awesome all except for the drinks which need to be attentive to everything tasted like mold
As you are right around the corner we have eaten here a few times. We received the 3 nibblerz meal and Cajun chicken sandwich. The nibblerz meal tasted fine but was poorly executed in the making. As for the Cajun sandwich I had to throw it away it was so nasty. I took a few bites and sorry to say gagged each time and struggled bc the chicken must have been slightly undercooked. It was rubbery and squishy. So I ate fries. Not sure when I’ll be returning.
The MOD that is on duty right now 02/16/22 at noon is killing it “I Believe her name was Rocky”. As someone who’s family owns restaurants and restaurant equipment companies watching her work while waiting on my to go order was truly a breath of fresh air. Knowing what it means to expedite and being great at it is clearly something she has mastered. Nothing and I mean nothing left that kitchen without being checked by her. If she isn’t training other managers then she’s in the wrong position. People take note this is what a manager should be. If the owner of this location sees this don’t fail to realize what an asset you have.
Very helpful and kind staff, but the 30 piece boneless combo that I ordered was awful… we all noticed a foul acid-like taste in the sauce once we opened the food at home. Ended up throwing away more than half of it all. What a waste of $30.
A friend of mine just loves this place, so I had to go see what all the fuss was about since I had never been to one. I stopped on my way home one evening and ordered myself a chicken sandwich meal and my 5 yr old daughter theChicken strips. Then we headed right home, about 5 minutes away, 10 with traffic. Anyways by the time we got home our food was already ice cold (pre made and left out instead of making it fresh). Next, my chicken sandwich had a topping I specifically asked to be left off because I was allergic ?. Lastly, the chicken tenders were so hard that my daughter had to forfeit most of her meal. I mean the girl has some strong teeth, she can get through raw carrots like a rabbit ?. Anyways, I was super disappointed. We were looking for something different and interesting and we sure got it ? #WasteOfTime #WasteOfTime
11/13/2021: Extremely friendly, fast accurate order, and very clean. We were greeted both when we walked in as well as when we left which was nice. Sweet tea was made just right and the meal was hot and fresh. As an added bonus, the cookies were ridiculously soft and delicious. Well, at least that’s what the wife said since she didn’t share with me!
