AVOID AVOID AVOID - First of all, Mary gave us our order, we get home and its WRONG. I call back. She hangs up. I call back again. She hangs up on me mid sentence. I call a 3rd time - finally she figures out how to use the hold button (I guess) and then she says she will not credit me 1 set of 15 wings out of a $100 order (75 wings plus sides). GUESS WHAT, MARY? I'M NEVER ORDERING FROM YOUR STORE AGAIN. Oddly enough, Mary isn't even the manager, just some incompetent that works there. She wouldn't even let me speak to the manager.AVOID THIS STORE. SERVICE IS GARBAGE, AND THEY SCREW UP YOUR ORDER. Wing Stop, Spring Hill - you're pathetic.

I was trying to put a order in 1 hour before they closed and they told me since they have 12 active orders in they can no longer take any more orders or they would be working until close. I am in the restaurant industry and have been managing in the industry for some time and this isn’t logical or acceptable. You take orders until closing time and don’t shy away customers. I will no longer bring my business here since they decide they stop working 1 hour before the actually closes the restaurant. Absolutely unacceptable.
Becca was phenomenal with her kind courteous and attentive attitude. She made the entire experience pleasant from start to finish and was able to meet my dietary demands without batting an eyelash 10/10
We ordered wings last night, I would be ashamed to call them wings. I’ve seen bigger ones on pigeons! The boneless wings were larger than the bone in wings. Over priced and hardly any meat on them. You would need a triple order of what you would normally order just to get enough to eat!
I do not recommend this place. Chicken was to oily and with no flavor. No paper towels . My kids couldn’t eat they food bc of the oil in the bottom of they plate
On hold to place my order at 26 minutes and counting. I will wait to speak to a manager. Is this the new norm ? Is this food worth the wait ? Looking at the reviews why on hold shows the quality of the food and personal. NEVER AGAIN. 0 stars if possible.
Hours posted on the door and on Google say open until midnight. Attempted to place an order at 11:45 and was politely informed the kitchen is closed, at a restaurant that is ONLY a kitchen. The employee politely informed me it "was like a bar" last call happens some time before closing. To which I politely informed him bars do last call because they can't legally sell alcohol past a certain time. He could sell wings anytime but wanted to get out of there. My suggestion is try the fire roasted wings 1 door down at 1000 degrees fire, they are cheaper and healthier being fire roasted instead of fried.
DO NOT GO HERE. I’ve eaten here twice and the first time I ate here I got food poisoning. I figured I would try again and ordered again. I called ahead of time and asked if the order would be ready by a certain time which the manager Mike, assured me my food would be ready. When I went to pick it up Mile stated he never spoke to me and did not make the order. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. they will lie and scam you of your money and give you food poisoning.
Horrible staff that doesn’t care about there customers, extremely disgusting and dirty store, ridiculous wait times, I never put bad reviews even if I don’t have a good experience dining out but this was an utter horror show. Please save your money and go somewhere else…
