There's a lady who always answers very rude, you think she's nice by the time you reach the register, it's all an act. I wait at the drive thru for a while and when I say hello she has an attitude
Good grub at a good price. Cashier was friendly and attentive. Manager on site made sure orders were quick and accurate, Bathrooms were clean. Will go back there again.
Best staff you could ask for working nights right now ...quick ...no attitude...even when you show up 2 mins b4 closing like I have many times ...hot food severed with smile ? can't ask much more from a fast food joint in my opinion
3 stars because what do we expect from fast food joints?I don’t enjoy Wendy because the after taste of the food leaves me feeling unwell. Sorry but that’s my experiences .Other than that. , folks Wendy is simply another fast food chain! Depending who they hire to serve and prepare those hamburgers!
Paid almost 10 dollars for this sandwich and it to come out like this don’t go here late at night need something better employees
This Wendy’s is the best one I have been to so far and I am a lover of fast food and Wendy’s is one of my favorite one. I had the loaded fries with the new chicken sandwich hot honey chicken sandwich. It was amazing ?. It looked and tasted just as delicious as the picture. Thank you Wendy’s and by the way I actually went in for a salad but had the sandwich instead.. tasty, crispy, sweet and spicy on that fresh bun hhhmmmm so so good. FYI I am on a diet but couldn’t resist that sandwich.. service is great and fast too. Awesome staff keep up the good work..
I have been going to then since I moved to Spring Hill. As of 03/07/2022 I have decided not to eat here anymore. First is my order is always wrong or missing an item. Next when trying to mobile app and try to get your meal and you want mobile park an pay you can't cause there to full or the employees or managers decided its ok to park in the mobiles app section. As a Former retired Wendy's Manger this should not be tolerated. Managers should know they need to check out any food items being handed out. An as we'll to be listening to all orders being made and handed out. As I have noticed none of this is being done. Food preparation and food customisation are not up to standards. Definitely need some retraining or meetings to get up to Wendy's standards.
6.50 for chicken sandwich, no drink, no fries just the chicken sandwich
The food was good. Still like McD french fries. Very very Confusing ordering your food. Computer system, not elderly friendly.
