Love the ice cream there, I love the chocolate and vanilla cone. They have good Sundays, milk shakes. Places to sit outside and enjoy your ice cream.
Usually very good...this time I ordered a hot fudge sundae with no nuts... received vanilla ice cream, Whipped cream and cherry... no hot fudgeChocolate cone...put in a cup(don't know why)
Ice cream was very tasty !!! Service was horrible!!! A walk up to the window, and all you do is stand in the very hot sun and wait. All the cars with air conditioning get waited on first and then you get ignored until more cars come and you wait even longer........
Staff made rude comments, they were sitting on the counters, and put a rotten banana in one of our banana splits. Then told coworker to ask if the banana from the freezer was to liking. I don't think we will be going back with actions like these.
Really good ice-cream flavors!They have a great variety of combinations and flavors to choose from. However the portions are too much ice-cream and little of the ingredients. For example we tried the praline ice-cream and it just tasted like the vanilla flavor and a very little of the other flavors.
A little upset with my order. Large strawberry/banana milkshake and a small chocolate/vanilla swirl sugar cone & chocolate sprinkles ... After repeating my order 4-5 times it was still wrong. I ended up paying 12$ for 8$ order... Got a cup instead of cone... No biggie they got me one in a cone over-flowing off the sides sloppy and smelling of mold. I couldn't eat it. I threw it away. Not to mention being charged more for what I ordered, not refunded ,then handed moldy smelling ice cream cone. No thank you!!! Hudson location is older, but has the best food/Icecream and customer service. Never had any issues with twistee treat until now. After working a 10 hour shift I just wanted something cold and sweet... Next time I'll wait until I get back to my area , when I want ice cream.
I would Give a zero if it let me manager Emily said that's all they have Is green hard bananas and actually served it to me that way and then when I asked to serve me a banana so I can peel it myself she told me no.

A great place to relax and enjoy some ice cream with the family or friends. Even better after a long hot and humid disgusting Florida day. Only issue is that it’s pricey for soft serve. A little ridiculous if you ask me, but hey we pay it.
Best soft icecream around town. Smooth and creamy. My small dog also enjoyed his perfect portion of free "pup cup"
