Came into this Taco Bell today (Sunday afternoon) and there was a delay with my mobile order. I asked to speak to management, who promptly apologized, explained the delay, then rectified the situation.Bravo to the management - we are all human and mistakes happen, but often you don’t see such great customer service in fast food places! Food tasted great in the end.
I always go to this Taco Bell on 19. They are fast and very nice. I have gone to other ones around and they have gotten my order wrong to many times that it didn't make sense.
I've been to Taco Bell many times in my life - and this one I've been going to maybe once a month for the past 6-7 years. We always get great service from the employees here. The food is made fresh and is always tasty.This Taco Bell is also cleaner than most fast food restaurants in the area. I don't fully understand the company's position on breakfast, but I'm not going to pitch a fit about it. Like I said, the employees and food at this location are excellent!
Oh my goodness the food is so delicious!! This Taco Bell is WAY BETTER than the Taco Bell near my home on SR52. The food tastes great, fresh, and hot. Everybody is wearing hair nets which is a huge plus for us. Taco Bell on SR52 don't wear hair nets and your food is full of employees hair, so nasty!
The window lady was truly amazing. I told her about part of their menu board flopping in the wind and she came out immediately to fix it.b she asked us if we were interested in ordering breakfast and when we told her no, she changed out the Two boards from breakfast to lunch. She apologized for our delay, returned inside and took our orders. I would give her 10 stars but . . .Our food was not that great. Every one of my 3 taco shells were soggy, wet and stuck in the cardboard container making them impossible to eat.
THE best Taco Bell from Missouri to Central Florida, hands down. Great staff too. Win win!

I know it's just a Taco Bell, but this place produced the menu items you think about when you're craving Taco Bell. Order was fast and perfect, tacos made without slopping stuff all over and everything tasted fresh and hot. Good job Jesse!
I eat TB all over the USA. This was the best Doritos Supreme Taco I've eaten at any TB. Looked exactly like a company add. Juicy red tomatoes, cheese, meat that wasn't dripping grease. Just tomatoe juice. ? The nachos were perfect. This TB is the best. The crew deserve a reward. They should teach other stores how to do it right.
Food was perfect, order was correct, only reason for 4 stars is because I sat in line for 26 minutes because they need more staff but that was not the workers fault and I understand that and was not upset. I went during dinner time so they were slammed. Good job workers.
