Service and food was subpar. When I mentioned it to server I was disregarded by saying made fresh every day. Then Stephanie came over and said the same thing. I tried to explain that during our last three visits there we had issues with our food. Don’t know why sausage looked all wrinkled and tasted old. Another visit the bacon was rubber and didn’t mention anything then. I did this time and Stephanie had a condescending tone and we both got vocal. That was very unprofessional of her and we will never return to this establishment. It’s interesting that we’ve been going to this place for years, including when they were on Spring Hill Dr and we’re treated so poorly! My original intent was hey your food service is declining from our last three visits. Stephanie, you will continue to lose customers if you speak like you did today to others when they don’t have something positive to say! Write what you must, the fact is your food has become subpar and we will never visit that establishment again!

Looks like "C Kelly" had a bad morning, that's unfortunate. It's worth noting thatabout an hour from their post I was also served breakfast by Stephanie (the employee mentioned within the post). I went online afterwards to write her a nice review as she was so friendly to me and my party of 2. I then notice a bad one on here.So...I have lived in 17 states and passed through 19 countries, and lived in 3 of them. Out of all the times I ate outside the house, or camp, Stephanie is without a doubt the kindness, most friendly, bubbly, server I have ever had. She is always so professional and it's always a pleasure.I feel bad that this individual had such a different experience than me. I enjoy going to Susie's, at least once a week. Can't wait till next week. Thank you Stephanie and Susie's for such a nice, clean, and inviting atmosphere in these uncertain and trying times for so many Americans.

The food was very tasty ample amounts. I had the clam chowder and it was beyond expectations it was so tasty. I had the meatloaf dinner three pieces of meat nice big scoop of mashed potatoes with tasty gravy. My wife had the Monte Cristo with Fry's and she thought it was one of the better ones she's ever had again good sized portions. One of these days I'm going to try their breakfast. We are new to the area great comfort food.

Server was great. We had the stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer. Stuffed mushrooms tasted really good but they were sitting in a dish filled significant amount of oil. I looked past it as they did taste really good. I got a stuffed tomato blossom with chicken salad on top of a salad. The chicken salad was minced which I'm not a huge fan of but overall very bland and full of mayonnaise. The salad was cheap iceberg lettuce and again had no flavor. I tried to dress it up with a little cheese but I have to say I didn't enjoy it at all and only ate about 1/2 of it.. I feel like it could have been done so much better My husband got the "Seafood Platter- one of the most expensive dishes on the menu - it was filet of tilipia and 3 shrimp floating in oil that was supposed to be a lemon butter sauce which bother tasted of lemon or butter. Again, he did not enjoy his meal and we both felt nauseous afterwards from all the oil. My daughter did enjoy her Waffle and whipped cream. Maybe they do serve good meals but we didn't pick the right ones.

I do not understand all of the good reviews posted for this place...maybe the key is to go for breakfast only? We went to this establishment for dinner after reading such great reviews and was terribly disappointed. The hostess was unfriendly seating us. When we asked if our table could be cleaned it was done with attitude and was not even clean. I asked if it could be cleaned properly please and she called over someone else to do it. This guy used two rags he had pulled from his back pocket and wiped the table so aggressively. The table still looked disgusting with more smears on it after his rag wiping attack to it. If they were using proper sanitizing procedure between patrons then the table wouldn't have been in that condition. The seat also had a huge rip in it. We ended up leaving without buying anything and went to another locally owned restaurant that provided GREAT service.I do not know what has happened to the customer service in Spring Hill, but I can assure you you will not get it from the dinner staff at this establishment. I am afraid to see what goes on in the kitchen if that was acceptable.

Been there several times. The meals were excellent. Server was great. Prices very reasonable

Excellent breakfast. Very busy Sunday morning but we were quickly seated and wait staff was very efficient. Great hash browns.

Loved the food, the reasonable prices, the pleasant staff... Great service... Friendly. Definitely be back.

Great food. Anna or pink hsir server excellent. Would enjoy another meal there soon.

Was able to catch up with a friend over breakfast/lunch. We both enjoyed the coffee and what we ordered. I had the Monte Cristo, he had the Philly cheese steak. The soup was enjoyable and the service was friendly and accommodating.
