The young man at our counter today his name was Angel. He did a spectacular job of making the sandwiches that we ordered today.However he was the only employee in the entire store. At lunch. The manager walked in and saw the line of six people got a cup and left.I suppose the only real question is does the young man behind the counter have a Servsafe license since that he's alone? Cause that's a direct violation.Your management staff should be ashamed of them selves. This is why it's hard to keep employees now!
They don’t make the sandwiches well. Very sloppy. They also closed early and when we called they said it’s “disrespectful to come in close to closing time” which is 9:00. I’ll be driving to another location from now on because this one is a joke.
Amazing always fresh and they take care to ask how much I want of every thing
There was only one person working and we were the only customers in the store. The girl was very intelligent, talked to us about our order and trying different combinations of toppings instead of our same old same old. Subs were interesting and delicious. We'll do that again. The store was sparkling clean!
This subway is highly unorganized and run by careless employees. Each and every time I come to this subway, there is an issue with my order. I typically order online to pick up and every single time my order is not ready by the estimated time and I end up standing inside and waiting for them to prepare my order instead. Today they were out of the majority of the bread, including the bread i put on my order, out of tea sweet and unsweetened, the cookies, etc. They always prepare the orders of the walk-ins before the online orders and today I had to wait for 10+ people to have their orders made before mine was even thought about. I am deeply disappointed by the customer service at this location as well as the cleanliness factor and will not be returning.
As long as you go in and watch them make the sandwiches, they're grrrreat!!? However, the online order was a DISASTER ?. SO I won't be enjoying the app very often anymore...
Tuna was good. Also the cheese steak was fresh. The breads are baked fresh.
A guy by the name of Angel whom might hates his jobs is definitely working to destroy that business. His negative attitude, his poor communication that is not customer service oriented will challenge you to change your mind after getting there. He does everything to make you feel that you're not welcome. Besides that, while he's talking he doesn't care about if saliva coming out of his mouth will drop on your sandwich. He doesn't even care removing the gloves he's using to prepare your sandwich when his going to the register to check online orders and printing the details, he came right back with the same gloves he was touching the register to finish the preparation of the sandwich. I did not say anything to avoid any confrontation , but I was surely beyond frustrated , I just know that neither me or anyone I know will ever go back to this Subway.
Im very unhappy with thos place right now. I ordered 3 subs, 2 BLT and a ham and turkey. The H&T was just meat, lettuce and cheese: they forgot the lettuce. Both blts were supposed to be toasted and they werent at all. The bacon looked as pink as when it came out of the package. I tried to call and inform them of the mistakes but their phone just continues to ring. This isnt the first time ive had a problem and have tried to call to speak with someone, and couldnt get ahold of anyone.
Man. You know there's an employee shortage problem when you have the guy Angel who works in this location making your sandwich.This guy could not care any less about his jib or customer service thanhe does.Dude smelled like straight pot, and could barely keep his eyes open.You'd think he would wait until he got home from work to get high. Not get high before work.
