They have fresh, fast food that is fair price. Ben is the most attentive, compassionate manager I have ever gotten in any restaurant he should go to be a hopeful partner to show all the other employees chain wise HOW IT SHOULD BE HANDLED! ALL the employees are really friendly and on top of everything. There is a fast pace flow which speaks volumes. They also have to go orders you can call in and pick up. I will always come back with my 5 and 7 year old daughter to choose their favorite toys from their favorite milkshakes after their favorite meal. This is a grade A restaurant!
Christian greatest us when we came in and explained the computer ordering systems for us to place our order. He was really nice to us the whole time we were inside and made sure we had everything we needed before we left with our order. He even went out of his way to be nice to my little girls as they needed an extra straw and wanted to see if they needed any ketchup for their kids meals.
I don’t think I’ve ever left a review on any restaurant let alone a fast food chain but I have to this time. This was by far the best experience I’ve had at any fast food restaurant, as soon as I came in, man at the door greeted me with enthusiasm , he also assured all customers were helped and satisfied. Then the FOOD. This burger looked amazing and tasted better. The chef working the grille is an artist. I wish I didn’t live an hour away or I’d be here every other day . Amazing
old steak and shake B4 pandemic was great new one is all about $ and Nocustomer service, they now reduced the menu again/no chicken fingersfor the kids. Were done will not be back. Enough is enough. They think thatreducing the menu by 65% is better for the customer, just eat what theywant to sell attitude, they lost the reason why clients love the Old time atmosphere and the Great Customer service, not even able to get thesteak and shake seasoning on the fries? this is "Fake Steak $ Shake"where its all about corporate Greed not the customers:(
My sister and I loved eating at Steak n Shake when we were kids and we had a grand time eating here.. Not only was Ben amazing with his service but the food and shakes were delicious. My only regret is not being able to give a 6 star rating. Also the gentleman over speaker was very polite and kind. Definitely a 11 out of 10 dinning experience ?
The young man working, that was the manager, that guy seemed to care a lot about his position. Keeping things clean , greeting people with a smile. Great disposition. Was refreshing.Thank you
Long time last visit. Now you order yourself, serve yourself, burgers not same favor, even shakes were different. No classic atmosphere. Not saying food was bad, just not same.
My 86-year-old mom and I had lunch here on Thursday, January 20, 2022. We hadn't been in awhile and were very impressed with the efficiency and thoroughness of their ordering kiosks. They've covered the bases as far as self-serve ordering goes! Well done, Steak 'n Shake!Also, the manager, Ben, is awesome. He checked in with us during the ordering process (as a programmer, I had no problem with the kiosk), brought us our food promptly, and checked on our meal satisfaction a few times (we were quite satisfied, burgers tasted good!). He is a very personable young man and is well-suited for the job he has. Ben is a tremendous asset to Steak 'n Shake.
Staff greeted me as I walked in and assisted me with placing my order on the monitor. Bathroom clean and smelled normal. Every thing worked in the bathroom. And supplied. The restaurant didn’t have what I ordered but they apologized for the inconvenience and replace it with what I preferred.I ordered a double stack burger with cheese, Lettuce, tomato and Mayo. It was the best burger I had in a while. It tasted like real beef burger. Simple and delicious. And the onion rings were made to order as well. My $5.33 meal was worth the price and tasted good. Also the staff was nice, accommodating and friendly. Staff looked like they genuinely like working at this location. Great job management.Definitely give them a try, you won’t be disappointed. I was so surprised and very happy how my food turned out. It brought a nostalgic taste back to my palette. Thank you steak and shake!
Super fast friendly service. Great tasting food and yummy milkshakes. Clean restrooms also clean in dining area. Thank you for the excellent service that made our stop a great experience!
