Zero star worthy. Smoothie tasted like Windex chemical glass cleaner. Wife said the same. Tossed them after initial sip and wont be back. Worst smoothie experience yet ???

Went after the gym today. Was there about 7:30. Was told I needed to leave and get back in my vehicle and drive around. Why would I need to do that? I am already inside. Then I couldn't get out after getting my order and was told to go out a different door so I had to walk around the store. Really?? They close at 9; plus, I was already in there. But she wanted me to leave and come back again??? Mind you, I would have had to get in my truck, drive to the light, make a U turn just to come back through the drive thru... All because she didn't want anyone in her lobby. Not to mention the horrendous attitude she got with me. The other employee was just as disgusting as her. Are these the type of people you have working for you now???
atleast 4 of their smoothies are good. customer service sucks though.

Like other reviews, this place is extremely slow. And it’s an on-going problem since they’re open (2 years ago), not just today. 30min waiting with only 2 cars in line (1 ahead of me then me). And I only order 1 medium smoothie out of the menu, no add-on, nothing special. Finally to make the whole experience a total disaster, my drink was 80% ice and barely any taste. I was hoping the taste would make it up for my waiting, but no, I spent $9 for a cup or ice water. I was so mad I just laughed. I keep coming back hoping they’ll improve, because they were too new. Well, it been 2 years. Will never come back.

Great smoothies if you've got some money burning a hole in your pocket. I love the flavor, and their large size is 40oz but comes with a price double or triple depending what you get of their competitors. I would go back but only when I have excess money lying around and dont plan to eat lunch.
Just visited for the first time, staff was great with suggestions. Was split between two different shakes. Ended up getting both :) The Surf and the Immune Support. Was even given a free cup for my daughter with some of the Surf. My wife, daughter, and I loved both flavors. The pretzels were great as well.Will definitely come back more often. actually liked the atmosphere, might even come and bring my laptop with me and do some out of office work there. Loved it.
