Usually we love slice of life. Tonight the girl at the register was very rude. We actually walked out.

This review is well overdue. I have dined in once many moons ago but don’t recall any problems like I have had when ordering delivery. Each time I call I always have to mention to add a note not to forget my soup, salad or drinks. But to me that wasn’t enough to leave a bad review. We are human, we make mistakes. However, tonight was different. I ordered chicken fettuccine alfredo and all that was delivered was the noodles. I called hoping that they would make it right. I spoke with a woman on the phone (leaving her name out) and she put me on a brief hold. She came back to tell me she apologized and that the cook was very busy with take out orders and forgot to add the chicken. I never thought I’d have to call and ask them to please make a note not to forget the chicken in my chicken fettuccine alfredo but there’s that. So I was given the option for them to cook chicken and bring it to me in another 45 minutes. When I asked if I could just get a credit for that specific meal, not the whole order I was told no. I asked If there was a manager on duty and was put on hold again. She came back to say no and but they could remake the whole meal and deliver tonight as long as I gave them back their pile of noodles. Normally that would be fine but it was already almost 9 and I really don’t feel it’s fair for the delivery driver to have to suffer for the cook’s mistake. Overall I’m just extremely disappointed in the customer service and how the situation was handled. I am more than happy to pay increased prices, delivery fees, etc. but not for decreased quality of service. Zero stars tonight.
I have no photo to share as my food has been eaten. I came in with my mother and sister. I ordered in Togo containers but we decided to eat some at the location. The gentleman I can assume is the manager or owner was so accommodating and friendly. Let us enjoy as much of our meal as we would like without addressing their closing time. The food was delicious. The calamari was perfect. An amazing experience. I look forward to the next time.
We had a large party of 10 people and 2 toddlers, the waitress was wonderful and patient with all of our frantic ordering. Fantastic food, the spaghetti with meatballs was great. Stop by if you want some awesome pizza!
Great food, great service! I called ahead and told them I was bringing 12 people around 6…they had the tables set up for us! The waitress was super! Wish I didn't forget her name. She deserved the generous tip we left ! Enjoy everyone! We did.
Made a big order over the phone to pick up. Ordered a pizza with white sauce, was charged $4.50 for that change, and got everything home to eat and there was no white sauce. Tried calling and telling them, and the people were less than helpful or friendly. The 'bread' that came with the lasagna was horrible - couldn't even eat it. Rest of the food was ok. Nothing to write home about.
This place is the pits, and gets worse with every order. Today I went in and ordered two steak and cheese sandwiches. Took FOREVER and the place was empty, with only one table being served. After waiting half an hour, both sandwiches were HORRIBLE and the meat tasted like it was spoiled. Won't ever go back and what's worse...I will be warning everyone I know to stay clear of this place.
Normally I order here in the food is great today I ask for extra extra crispy wings and they were not the cook said he cooked them that way but he did not the pizza was not as good as it normally is I think the cook is not as good as the other one normally is
I just moved in the area and I ordered 3 time this week spent like 230 dollars and this last time my order was 50 bucs I order 2 chicken Alfred's and it took the new girl 15 minutes to do my order and my dinner gets here and neither have chicken so I call and tell them she said I'll make the chicken but charge you. So my dinner will cold when it gets here she said what u want me real nasty and I said I should re make the order I got a nasty sigh so I won't be back. I spend alot of money on dinners every night. To bad I like most of there food. And we have a big family.
