Food was burnt. Waitress was nice. Manager not so nice. Order was $56. Manager said there was only one cook. Said food was pulled before burning stage. Maybe oil should have been changed!
I should have turned and walked out when we were informed upon entering that there was a 15 minute wait for a bar booth when in fact all were empty with the exception of one. But we were hungry so wait is what we did. When our name was called, of course we headed to the bar booths but we were directed to the main dining. I asked the hostess why we weren't being seated were we requested 15 minutes earlier and the response was I'll have to "ok" it with the bartender. Since when does the bartender decide where I am going to eat ? By this time my entire party is irritated but was very hungry so we sat where they lead us to. We sat for another 15 minutes before being offered a drink or a glass of water or anything for that matter. I was so hungry I just needed something fast so I ordered a bowl of soup which arrived 10 minutes later and was shocked that it was room temp. The restaurant is at approximately 25% capacity mind you, so when my wife's platearrived some 40 to 45 minutes after being seated in an area we never wanted to sit in. We then sat more than 5 minutes more for someone to bring her some silverware. I'm not sure what's happened to this place but the hostess was the first problem and it continued down hill until we left. At it's current trajectory I wouldn't be surprised if they closed the doors in less than a year.One of the worst dining experiences in Spring Hill hands down.

The wait staff was really dry and impersonal, like they didn't know how to talk to people beyond getting their order. Everything cost more than it was worth paying for and the place smelled like chemicals instead of food. I ordered the New Orleans fish and my husband ordered a Philly Cheese steak. His sandwich came out a mess and he would have had better luck at a sandwich shop. My food was just plain disgusting. It came covered in a cheese sauce and that's all you could taste. My husband who eats everything even said it was just gross and didn't want to eat it. The waitress offered to give us a meal voucher but there was no part off me or my husband that wanted to eat there again, even for free.

Tonight. Myself and my husband came to Ruby Tuesday. And the Hostess was sweet, sat us down. And our servers was very helpful, and we meet the General Manager Felicia she was wonderful, she was talking to everyone. We will definitely be back. Thanks Ruby Tuesday staff for wonderful night.

I think Ruby Tuesday's is a little overpriced but I love their burgers. They have an incredible flavor always tasty and the bun is good as well. I'm disappointed with their salad bar as they took many items away they used to have. At the prices they charge, I do think they should have rolls included in their salad bar if you choose it for your dinner or lunch. With a few minor changes they could be much better. Overall it's a decent place to eat.
