The guy managing this place treat you really well. I've been eating Popeyes since I was 14 years old and today I'm kicking 60 in deep into the rear end. Prepare to be disappointed many items are out of stock and no fault of the restaurant but what they do have should meet your expectation. The spicy chicken sandwich that is the star of this place aside from the regular fried Chicken. See you here soon I'm sure it'll be back.
If this could go in the negatives I would give it a negative 2 starts . I never write a review . I usually move on with my life . But this one really is annoying me for all the mistakes from every staff member in the building. But I haven’t been to a Popeyes in over a decade and I go to this one off 19 in Spring Hill and I wonder why it’s always empty. First of all the lady who was taking the order at the drive threw was rushy and rude no total till I got to the window to pay.I order Two combo meals which when I got to the window was expensive.Then i hand the cashier 25 bucks because the total was 20 and some change. And he hands me our meals in the bags while mumbling something with no drinks and just stares at me like I was supposed to drive off and the transaction was over.I ask for my change and drinks the first time and he says I only gave him 20 dollars no news on the drinks.That would still mean that I would owe him money, right? Basic math. So his argument doesn’t make sense for the total of the transaction. No apology or recognition. He gets the manager who has just as horrible customer service skills acting like I’m the wrong one and not her employee with no apologizing for anything and reluctantly is getting ready to give me my change still with no drinks that I asked for again. So I give up and give them back the food and ask for a full refund. Horrible experience, a joke ofBasic customer service skills and bad staff who can’t count money. I’m leaving Popeyes in the past and never hitting one up again. Moral of the story dont go to Popeyes in Spring Hill unless you want disappointment and to be ripped off.
Popeyes chicken is always pretty good chicken and side items. But........ Every time I go to any of their locations it's the loud and un- professional staff the ruins the experience. I think better training needs to be done with the staff and management. There are to many other places to go for lunch and dinner that you don't have to deal with the obtrusive and crazy staff that makes your dining experience terrible. Take your chances in this restaurant chain as to the attitude you get when you arrive for dining. Good luck ?
The food was real good however I ordered a large mash potatoes and gravy and a large red beans and rice instead they gave me 3 small containers which is nowhere near the amount for a large
Came through the drive through to hear a young lady that was very courteous and welcoming. Pull up and was greeted with a great smile and fast service with hot food that tasted fresh. I had to ask her name because I was actually surprised to be greeted in a manor as such with it being very busy. Thank you Amari for your friendliness. You are awesome ?
I just had to leave a review because I was having a really bad day and decided to get some Popeyes. When I came through the drive thru I was pleasantly surprised with such a kind voice. I know it doesn't sound like much but a lot of times people are just so ready to brush you off. The young lady at the register was just as nice. I had to ask them their names and it was Angel and Amari. Thank you so much for the great customer service and man the chicken is tasty too!
We had a very bad experience yesterday. All the staff was very apologetic and trying to make it right... except for the so-called manager-on-duty. I've never been treated so badly. Other customers walked out, some were telling me how bad and wrong she was. They gave me someone else's order. And I get that mistakes are made and it's really no big deal. But to be yelled at by a "manager" who refused to give me a refund for something I did not get. It was unreal. When we got home, we contacted corporate, who immediately apologized and refunded our money. They have one bad apple there and she needs to go. Or stay in the back on the grill. Definitely should not be dealing with customers. It was a $50 order for "Casey #48" and they gave me "Dolores #53" order that was $15. Like I said, everyone else was super nice - except this woman. For those nice people, I'm rating a 2 instead of a 0.
I was really craving fried chicken. I had just spent 2 weeks in the hospital. I ordered the 10 piece family pack, So I would have chicken for tomorrow as well. I got 5 pieces that looked like they were backs, Is mostly breading hardly a mouthful of meat. 1 drumstick, 1 wing, Is one thigh and 2 breasts. I also ordered Mac and cheese, but got mashed potatoes , which I don't care for. I called to speak to the manager, and was told that she Would call me back, I still haven't heard from the manager.
Enjoyed our lunch so much,,,, my wife & I went back & ordered a dinner to take home for dinner. Good folks, fresh chicken, & clean tables. That was after the lunch rush, too. Always loved popeyes & this store was great. Lady was friendly & they said that if we wanted to wait 5 minutes a fresh order of chicken would be up to go. Wonderful. Every trip my wife plans in Spring Hill means a stop by Popeyes before home. Thanks for your time & consideration. Jake Jacobek
I have honestly got to say I have never experienced any customer service as great as this one has demonstrated at ANY other of the Popeyes location I have ever been too! Beautiful keep up the good work guys! Will definitely be coming back!
