First time ever at this location and let me tell you. Samantha at the front has an outstanding customer service and I hope she is recognized ❤️ very sweet

PJ's as of late has not been the same as they used to be. Been going to them for many years (since they were located across the street). Waited longer than told by about 20min. (Which I get dinner rush can get busy)....only to get home and have a not fully cooked pizza. Dough was not cooked, mushy slices and no crisp crust you'd expect from a wood oven. Don't send out food if its not cooked, especially after making customers wait longer than expected. Will not be back....long term patron no more.

Just had the pleasure of dining at PJ's Brick Oven Pizza in Spring Hill! This place is absolutely awesome!! The food is excellent, authentic Italian. The brick oven pizza was delicious. The antipasti salad was hearty and tasty. The price was extremely reasonable and affordable. The folks taking orders at the front and serving us, were very friendly, they felt like family. Our entire family was full on leaving and couldn't stop talking about coming back to this stellar establishment. You're lucky to have this place Spring Hill!!

I have never had a good take-out experience with PJ's. The food is good, but the service is severely lacking. The last 2 experiences were as follows: called in my order, arrived at the time they told me my order would be ready. They said it would be another couple of minutes and to have a seat. 30 minutes later I ask about my food again. It had been sitting on top of the ovens the entire time!! The person behind the counter NEVER LOOKED for my order until I asked the second time!! Needless to say, my pizza was NOT "out of the oven" hot and my salad was warm and wilted. Today, I called and ordered 2 large cheese pizzas and wanted to use the Springstead band card discount of 2-large cheese pizzas for $18.99. Well, instead of telling me on the phone that there was the Monday deal of a large pizza for $9.99, the counter person charges me 13.99 per pizza with a $2 discount per pizza, so still $2 MORE per pizza than the Monday price. HOW IS THAT A DISCOUNT? They should have honored the $18.99 price on the card. The ONLY reason I go to PJ's is because my favorite pizza place is closed on Monday. From now on, I will find another pizzeria that is open on Monday.

Unfortunately I have nothing good to say about PJ'S. This was the second time that I bought food there - pizza the first time and a spinach pie this go round. Neither visit met the criteria of good Italian food although their red sauce was the "shining star" of the experience. I have eaten pizza and other Italian dishes from coast to coast as well as internationally and although this is not the worst I have had it is certainly in the bottom 20%.

The food, the atmosphere, the staff, simply amazing!!!!

Ordered online and told 20 minutes till ready. Showed up 18 minutes after ordering and proceeded to wait 45 additional minutes with two hungry kids. Ordered half pepperoni and provolone and half pineapple and black olives. The pizza came with all the pineapple and black olives smeared on the rim of maybe 1/3 of the pizza (see pic below - sorry for missing slices the kids were hungry).Never again.

We ordered the special pizza, garlic knots, garlic bread, and a calzone. The garlic bread was the only thing that I was not impressed with, it was good, just not impressive. Everything else was delicious! Good food and fast service makes for happy customers!

Great pizza and service. This place was recommended to me by a customer and clerk at Walgreen's. We had dined in here before but wasn't overly impressed at the time. However, large enough portions that we had to take home more than half of our meal. That was our 2nd visit to this location so when was recommended I was hesitant. But we were in a hurry and looking for close by pizza so decided to give it another chance. We were so glad we did. We had the house special pizza and it was delicious! So good that we have ordered it 2 other times since and will continue to do so. It's the best "all the way" pizza we've found since moving to the area. Haley has been working the counter and phones both other times I've ordered and I'm sure due to caller ID she new who I was and new my exact order right down to light peppers on our pizza. I have tipped her well all 3 times and she even checked into delivery for our area, which didn't show service in our area. However they said since we're so close they would make accommodations to deliver to us taking special notes about our electric gate, dog etc.. I highly recommend PJs to anyone looking for an amazing pizza and service locally to this area.

My husband and I ordered two Philly heroes for dine in. They were absolutely horrible and not to mention we waited almost 30 minutes for them. It’s not like they were busy at all. We were getting ready to ask for our money back and leave when they finally brought them out. There was almost no meat on them, barely any cheese, no seasoning at all. This was the blandest sandwich I’ve ever had. Soggy, watered down veggies on over toasted bread with a very thin layer of cheese on top. What a huge disappointment. We will not be back.
