Great food and customer service
Used to love this place . Placed a order for pick up they were out out of the sauce so I said ok no problem how about substitution and do Alfredo said no and that was it no other option just refund even though they had Alfredo available wouldn’t do it unless new order sad used to love this place ordered probably 100 times but how rude they were I won’t order again I know it’s 2022 but you have to atleast work with people have a child that can’t eat a lot of things due to allergies told me sorry no substitutions refund new order what sense does that make and take your pizza and that’s I it sad but never again and we order a lot I’ll find somewhere else ! Maybe the new pizza place on 50 which had amazing customer service or wherever make them at home won’t support ever again ! Even better update they put anchovies all over my pizza when I asked for half lord sad to see place go down hill last couple months
Generally, we love the pizza here- there's not too much competition. But when you have family visiting from out of town, and go in very willing to stand in line and wait your turn, only to be turned away because "we're too busy for a party of 8 AT ALL tonight" and its only 5pm, you get 1 star. I've worked in the restaurant business, and family members have owned restaurants- someone would've been fired if they turned away patrons like that!
Our school frequently gets food catered and delivered! Everything we’ve had is excellent! The portions great! We always have leftovers for the second day. The owners are wonderful! Absolutely authentic Italian food! I forgot to mention the desserts!
We ordered wings, a gluten free pizza, Stromboli, garlic knots, and fettuccine Alfredo for take out. We were pretty disappointed with our visit tonight. Everything lacked flavor. Fettuccine was bland, the gluten free pizza tasted like boxed frozen pizza, the Stromboli had WAY too much cheese, very little meat, and had no flavor. Wings were okay and garlic knots were decent. The fettuccine came with a salad and the salad mix was not fresh, turning color and looked old. Just not happy :( would have rather ordered Hungry Howies and paid half the price.
I don’t care what anybody says , this is the best pizza place in Hernando county !!
First time here at the Springhill drive restaurant. Service was great, thanks to Barbara. Wife ordered lobster ravioli with shrimp. She said the ravioli was great, but the shrimp were not. Our guest and I ordered the large super, and it was some of the best pizza we have had in awhile. We'll be back. Thanks.
This was an amazing experience!! I called ahead of time for a family gathering that was sudden because of a loss, they went above and beyond catering to the young and the old in group!! The food was beyond delicious!!They have delicious sangria and the sauce is simply amazing!!!
Was a LOYAL customer for well over 20yrs with there 1st establishment years ago on 50 & have continued to dine with them since but they've treated me rudely for the last time ! I ordered a pizza for pickup they told me 30min I was literally 2min away so I pulled up my kids said daddy can we eat inside instead thinking it wont be a problem I get a seat in the dining room & ask the lady @ the counter to have a server ring our pizza up instead they refused to let me eat in there dining room unless I purchased a whole different meal . MAKES NO SENSE THEY NEVER EVEN STARTED COOKING MY PIZZA WANNA TALK ABOUT RUDE MY KIDS WERE IN TEARS YOU'VE LOST MINE & MY FAMILY'S BUSINESS
For those looking for authentic New York style pizza experience with family friendly service & staff always greeting customers with a smile, making them feel like family when they walk in the door, this is the place to be. I ordered pizza(cheese and pepperoni), mild wings, garlic knots, & the zeppole(fried Italian donuts) which were fantastic in every sense of the word. BEST pizza & chicken wings in my view together! My recommendation for lunch on the go, this place does pizza by the slice & its fairly priced as well. This is one of my favorite places for pizza & will return very soon.
