I order pizza for a 12 no contact delivery and I was sitting in my kitchen with my friend and it was 1240 and still no pizza so I call and I get the manger ALEX. I informed him I was calling to check to see where my pizza was and he tells me it was delivered at 11:50. So I walk out front and sure enough it is there. I DID NOT RECEIVE A KNOCK OR NOTIFICATION IT WAS DELIVERED. Now my pizza is cold and I’m not happy. I express to ALEX that I am upset because his delievery driver never knocked. His response was that She has been working here for years she knocked on your door I know her. I told him I was sitting 20 ft from my front door and I have a dog. If someone would have knocked I would have definitely heard it. He tells me I’m a liar and never even apologized and never even tried to make it right. I work in customer service and I am so disgusted knowing that a MANGER could careless about his business and providing great service. I order papa John’s every Sunday for my daughter and I it’s our tradition. We just moved to the area and although I have never got bad food from them I will NEVER support this store ever again. We will still keep our tradition but now we will go to another location. Hopefully this reaches someone higher than ALEX and they get him some more training classes on customer service. - would rate zero if I could
Pick up order, you would admire this establishment it had curbside pickup I'm disabled and in order for me to get out of my vehicle and go into the store to pick up my order was a challenge.
Ordered a single pizza with extra garlic sauce and extra packets of cheese. What did we get? The pizza with a couple packets of cheese. No extra garlic sauce(which you pay extra for)the one that came in the pizza box spilled inside. So that was useless... I called them and they said there's nothing they can do. The one time we decide to order papa johns this happens. Very poor customer service. Not going again. Don't get your hopes up with thos place.
Ordered a small on lunch break today and it tasted just as terrible as it looks...
Awful customer service. I am in Oak Hill Hospital and tried to place an order. After a lot of going around, a lady hung up on me because I asked her to look up the address to Oak Hill. She had no empathy for others.
Pizza ordered for pick up was ready when we arrived. Better than most pizza shops. Clean and we'll lit shop.
This is my favorite pizza restaurant in Spring Hill. Friendly staff and managers, and delicious food.
This was the worst pizza and jalapeno peppers I have had in my life! The NY style pizza was just warm, not hot and there was hardly any cheese on it. The poppers were just dough, again no cheese. To say we were dissatisfied is an understatement. I can't believe Shaq puts his name on this disappointment they even call food. 1st time and the last time I ever order from them again. #pappajohnssuck
They sent me a welcome to the neighborhood coupon. They would not honor the coupon because it was for online only. The coupon did bot state that anywhere. I will never use this business again. And when I called to speak with the manager, they would not answer.
2nd time I've spent over 50 dollars had either pizza all messed up inside the box or lack of cheese and meat horrible I complained each time with no calls or message back to resolve this terrible!
