+After taking our order we were asked if you wanted to dine in, and one of the meals was hand delivered to the table.-All the coffees I tried were warm, rather than hot.+When the half and half was empty, I only needed to motion by holding it up and making eye contact with a staff member, then he immediately came to refill it.
so called manager hannah is absolutely horrible. the last thing she cares about is the customer shed rather the customer food get stolen and still keep their money rather than redeliver a customers 5 dollar order. not even about the money my complaint is the absolute disgusting and uncaring attitude she had but i know if it were her food she would be just as upset to have it missing! panera needs to hire better caring employees rather than stuck up rude children.
Routinely Unfortunate.We have the Unlimited Sip subscription, which is now 10.99. If it's not the soda machine down, specialty drinks not made Midday, or complete lack of Large cups each week, it's the inconvenience . Don't get me started on the prebagged meals.This is gourmet hospital food.
Just got a Chicken Ceasar Salad but she had to check first to see if they had any Ceasars dressing left. This was a little after noon. I thought that was odd to be out of dressing when thar was a salad that is always on the menu. There were 2 ladies at the register while I was ordering. It seemed like they would rather talk to each other instead of helping a customer. They were not rude. I just felt that they were a little distracted.
I order a Blt with turkey and a drink almost 15 dollars and the sandwich had a hair in it pretty disgusting not to mention the bread was rubbery and hard I won’t ever come back I gave it one star so I could post but it was a disgusting experience.
Came in this morning to me the client. The service individual behind the counter was new and could not guarantee which items were safe for me will food allergies. She very humbly went and got the manager ,who proceeded to pull out what I called the Panera Bible, to make sure that they gave me accurate information on what was safe for me. I cannot tell you enough how much I appreciate this kind of service.
They got my order wrong . I called. Just wanted a credit for the one sandwich. The manager on duty told me it was delivered so it is not their problem. I need to contact the 3rd party delivery. What?! She then hung up on me.
I ordered the French onion soup which was delicious but I also had the steak and white cheddar sandwich for the first time and it was dry and lacked flavor. I will continue to order my usual, avocado chicken sandwich. I always enjoy their lattes and bakery treats.
Great soups and sandwiches! Pleasant dine-in experience.Would be helpful if cashier/order-taker told customer where the pick-up window is-- not everyone has been here before! ?
I rarely go to Panera bread but my experience here was pleasant the food was great and the workers were very nice
