Fabulous place. The moment you walk in, you feel you are at a great family restaurant in a small down in France or Belgium. Everything is fresh and delicious. Services are fantastic. Reasonably priced. We are lucky to have Nouvelle in our town so that we don't have to travel to Europe or New York City to experience top quality French/Belgium food.
My son introduced me to Nouvelle Cuisine for Our Mother’s Day dinner and it was so outstanding I had to take my husband for his birthday! Amazing French onion soup, Escargot, Filet with bernaise sauce and Dover sole. We skipped lunch so we could do great desserts as well. Huge beer list great wine list had half bottle of very nice champagne. We will be back
It is hard to put into words how amazing the food and service is at Nouvelle Cuisine. I have been to restaurants all over the world and stil find myself craving the rack of lamb, a filet or the Elk. Isabelle and Chef Kinds have truly mastered the food and wine experience you get every single time you visit. Isabelle will make you feel like you are in Europe with amazing wine pairing recomendations. I have been here hundreds of times and every single visit is perfect! Great for date night or just to treat the family to the best dinner EVER! 10 STARS!
Far and away the finest restaurant experience we have had in our first year in Spring Hill. Great ambience, wonderful service and indescribably delicious food. We will be regulars because we need to sample everything on the menu. Dont miss this place.
Absolutely fantastic! Isabelle is lovely and the staff made us feel like family. Our entire meal was exquisite. We have found a hidden gem in Spring Hill and we just may be here once a week. Kudos to Isabelle, Chef Kinds and everyone else who puts so much love and attention into their passion.
I found another GEM ? Wow, is all I can say! Deliciousness =] This is a very intimate, authentic restaurant.. Soo much Flavor in every bite & great portions! A must try, you will not be disappointed.. Loved the Rack of Lamb and seafood crepe and all the sides! Soo good & creat customer service…

Nouvelle Cuisine is simply magnificent! It's the only 5-Star dining experience I've ever encountered in all of Hernando County. Amazing European cuisine that will blow you away no matter which dish you choose and the service is just as good. Chef Kinds and Isabelle, thank you for the amazing experience each time we visit!
Absolutely wonderful. Atmosphere was great service was stellar and the food is magnificent. I came for a work function and everything was great.
