Stopped to get two sweet teas, what we received was sweet tea with no ice. Who doesn't add ice to sweet tea. Needs to train their staff better with the simple things.
Was amazed!! The chicken nuggets were stacked neatly in the box! My double cheeseburger was properly made to order & the patties and cheese were stacked neatly on the bun. No readjusting needed!!
No one expects much from McDonald's, or the staff for that matter....but dang. This location is terrible, like laughably bad. Normally I wouldn't even leave a review for a fast food restaurant, but do yourself a favor and go to a different location. The one on Mariner and County Line is usually much better.
Took 15 min to make it to yhe order window. Drove thru and got a 20 peice nugget and it was spicy not normal. So I called and they wrote down my name. Was not a good experience. They are short staffed
Parked and ordered on the mobile app. My order came out nice and hot within 3 minutes. The lady was very nice and asked if I needed anything else. Perfect fast food experience , THANKS!
They always mess up. They let you stay in one lane forever and take the other lane claiming it’s equal. Quite possibly the worst McDonalds
Every time I come here it’s a mess. Today every table was dirty when I came in. I asked as I have many times for no onions and still my food had onions. I was also the only person in line and waited almost ten minutes without as much as a hello welcome from anyone. The one guy even looked like a higher up employee and didn’t greet us. The only member that was helpful was a young girl by the name of Denay. The manager on duty was horrible and I feel like maybe denay should take the managers position, denay communicated with the guests unlike her higher up. The manager has short hair shorter than shoulder length and brown was her hair color. But everytime I come here I have an issue with onions on my orders. Get it together McDonalds. Start taking food allergies more serious! So thank you to denay ! She made me feel like she truly acknowledged my needs. To the rest of the staff, fire them all and start over because they’re useless! Took a few photos of all the dirty tables. To be clear every single table in the dinning area was nasty .
If I could I would rate a zero. They keep messing up my Uber eats order. 4 times in a row we have been missing something. If not a coffee, a soda, this time was all the Fries for meals, 4 of them! Someone needs to make sure orders are going out correctly. I just called and worker stated she didn't even see my order, when we clearly ordered from their.
Today I went through mobile order and waited 13 minutes for them to bring my food to the car. In the meantime more than 10 cars went through drive-thru. Why does it take so long?. Also they hardly fill the french fries even though they cost more than $4They've raised their prices again. I am very unhappy. McDonald's has become too expensive.
