Although the drive through was packed they still kept it moving and most importantly got the order correct .. I stopped going to certain locations because they never got it right ., mariner and county line ??
I love the crew at night! They are quick and sufficient! You get the food quick hot she almost never is my order wrong! Out of all McDonald’s around Spring Hill I will drive to go to this one for sure
This McDonald’s has very slow service. I have visited this location many times and 9 out of 10 times the same slow service. I always use the drive thru and always have to wait along time for someone to answer for service. It’s time to have a touchscreen for the drive thru like they have inside. Another reason to use the touchscreen is to have a better chance of getting your order right.
Igo all the time for a lrge vanilla iced coffee with whip cream on top for my wife and nugget happy meal for this little angel we watch she a sweet little 2 year old.
Fish sandwich had to be a day old. As I told the manager I rarely return food. I’ve been in the fast food arena and it’s tough. That being said we waited 15 mins to order inside because they were to busy with the drive through. I will never step a foot in McDonald’s again. This happens too often and and I never complain. Continue to live off the masses. ?
Order the crispy chicken meal with no pickles add ketchup, received pickles with no ketchup. Ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget meal with honey as the dipping sauce and received one pack. The employees here are useless. Definitely go somewhere else when ordering food.
It's mcdonalds what else do u expect but I didn't have any problems with this visit food was fairly fresh except my chicken sandwich but given the time of visit I was glad to see fresh fries
I had a quarter pounder meal it was delicious the only thing that bothered me was that my fries were undercooked. Not crispy but on the soggy side.
Management is racist and should Gabe hern fired along with their employee who used racial slurs against a customer. The other worker even made false claims against the customer. NOT a responsible store.
You would think since the drive-thru took so long your food would be fresh, nope! I waited 17 minutes in the drive-thru only to get cold food. I parked & took the food inside. I was then greeted by a nasty worker who was upset that I brought the food back in. I will never visit this location again, I will go out of my way to visit another establishment.
