The food was small but OK the big problem is every time I go in there all the employees are chitchatting and having these weird conversations that are not appropriate for the workplace! The guy today was wearing sunglasses like he was some kind of rockstar! Managed by very immature people!!
Really good, always fresh tasting, people are easy to deal with, and the location is always clean, and it looks like it’s from this century, as opposed to Pizza Hutt… like Jaba, it’s old hat… Marcos is da Bomb……
Pizza was just okay, nothing stood out about it.Also got garlic Parmigiano wingsFlavor was not strong enough.They should have been crispier.
Oily/greasy pizza. Undone wings. Terrible customer service from the MOD on 7/3 @ 11am. I completed a survey and will be reaching out to their corporate office. To be treated that way by a manager is unreal.
Good food however the customer service is always just is the wrong direction. We are told to call back use the online system to if you want the carryout deals very responsible but cut off the hours in which you can use them. Have us call back put us on hold so we can still order and can't use the deals but be charged full price. I understand this once but it has happened a few times. We need to learn our lesson and order else where.
Ordered a Calzone, of which I have eaten many. Theirs was not impressive. Hardley any cheese sonlittle cheese. So little cheese that as the dough rose during baking it encompassed all the cheese. Don't think I'll order from there again.
Really good pizza. Crust a little thicker than thin crust. But not nearly as thick as thick crust. Really nicev
I been ordering from Marcos, for 3 years never had a essue with my order. So calm and collected try to understand that things happen. Place an order for 8 wings and large pizza, with chicken, 40 dollars worth. Call and talked to the manager Chloe, she said sorry that's how they came in from their last shipment, an essue that's on their end not mine. I asked why charge me the full price than, she said try again next Week. Nice don't work.
I have given this place a couple of chances and they have struck out all of them. I talk to who I am to believe is the manager or owner when she came to my business handing out menus and let her know and she said to come in and she would make sure it was resolved it most definitely was not.
