Good pizza! Service was quick and help was polite!
Good pizza... not the best I've had but the polite staff makes up for it.
Build your own. The taste is really good. The pickip time is ASAP and the online transaction is easy. Is a little bit costly.
excellent pizza and professionalism
I was very disappointed with the call I had making trying to put an order in for my 80 year old grandfather. The so called manager Jacob rushed the whole conversation and was very rude and wouldn’t even let me speak. I was trying to explain to him that my grandfather was coming to pick it up and all he wanted was my card info when I told him my grandfather was coming to pick up the order and paying for it himself he told me I had to use my card because I was not in the system when I’m definitely in the system because I order frequently . My grandfather is a regular at this Marcos and the manager Jacob was not understanding about my concerns or needs to make sure the order was right for my grandfather that gets confused, and I was trying to give him my grandfathers name so he wasn’t confused when he showed up for his regular order. If you’re not gonna be patient and listen to your customers and have good customer service then why even bother working there if you don’t have good customer service skills why are you even a manager? After everything I called up the store and asked The manager Jacob for his hire ups number he told me it was on the website and did not let me speak and hung up on me.
DONT EAT HERE!! because i want it all for me. good pizza! wierd and wonderful. they will bring it to your car.
Did you ever see wings as small as these. Maybe 6 for $3.00, do these look like they justify 6 for $7.99?
Have been here twice. The customer service employee remembered my name and order after the first time. Real impressive there.
Best pizzas ever! Talk about picture perfect, fast delivery and amazing service. Thanks to the amazing staff at our local Marco's
I worked there for a 7 hour shift, durring this time the company provided me no water due to them not having a fountain beverage machine, when I asked for a bottle watter out of the fridge my manager replied those waters are for customers only, and if you would like one it'll be $2.50. If that wasn't enough the company was so cheap that they did not provide me with a uniform I had to purchase a shirt and name tag for $20. They also wanted another $20 as a downpayment for the magnet light delivery drivers put on top of their car. Not only was the experience terrible but they also start their new employees at $10 an hour, even if you have 13 years of kitchen experience which I do. In this short time of emploment I also found out that this company is so cheap that the employee who takes an order is responsible for payment if customer does not show up to pick up order, so if you ever wonder why they need your credit card info over phone and not in person like a normal resturant/buissness, this is why. The food is generic, bland, and cheap I know this because I've work in a actual Italian home made pizza restuant and it doesn't compare. I do not support this chain and hope many of you will do the same.
