Don't waste your time! Been there 4 times in the past 30 days and never saw the food truck there. First time was at Mavis Tire and was looking for a place to eat while waiting. The staff at Mavis even said the food truck was not consistent on being at this location. Each time I pass through the area I look for the truck. Even called while in the area and nobody answers the phone; it goes straight to voicemail.
Had the kielbasa and the pierogies (meat & potato/bacon/kraut). Everything was delicious!!! Only minor thing, did not see a spicy mustard option and had to make do with boring yellow mustard. I’ll be fishing them on the food truck trail in the future!!

Extraordinary food from an extraordinary family. You MUST check them out! My fiance and I tried their keilbasa, fried cheese pierogis, Polish fries, and veggie Zapiekanka ? (Polish version of French bread pizza ?) and everything was exceptional. I've never had pierogis as incredible as their's! ? They are fried to perfection and stuffed to the brim with creamy cheese! ?? The kielbasa was smothered in buttered onions and dill and the Zapiekanka has this wonderful smokiness to it and was oozing with cheese ? We will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu! ??????
The best place to eat in Hernando county!! Highly recommend the fried cheese perogies.
