My 2nd visit did not go as well as my 1st. My 2nd visit was awful and it wasn't even that crowded. My waitress appeared over worked. She talked about how over worked she was for 15 min. I literally had to cut her off mid way to order. My husband had hair in his eggs. She forgets my turkey bacon, which I asked for crispy then brings me 1/2 way cooked looking turkey. I told her I don't want it just bring the check then she walks away with an attitude. I will not be back. The manager was no help to anyone. You can literally here other people complain about the service.
it's always reliable. Always good. Pancakes and coffee are aways awesome. Miss the longer hours and service while good isn't what it used to be.
Let's just say that our breakfast started out amazing. Just the girls and I. We were seated quickly! Fresh, hot coffee at our table as soon as it was ordered. Our waitress was polite and attentive. We ordered our food! Still everything was great. The food arrived. Delicious! Then it started going downhill. First, my 11 year old pulled a hair out of her food. Like deep embedded. Ok whatever! She pulled it out. No big deal we all have long hair. Call us gross it happens. Then, a fly was in the bathing in the whipped cream of my teens pancakes. At this point, my 11 year old is excusing herself to go to the bathroom because she has to physically pull a hair out of her throat. Just as I am discovering a piece of uncooked bacon folded into my crepes. We paid! Tipped our waitress well! Left and will never return. We are currently laughing in the car because the experience was so bad that it was hysterical. As I am reading this review to my daughter she reminded me that I forgot to mention the sausage link with what appeared to be what we believe was an eye lash or some other type of thick black body hair.
Worst pancakes ever!! And drink wasn't even right....how hard is 'no ice?' So much for my birthday brunch. I should have chosen Cracker Barrel. I'll not darken IHOP's doorstep again!
Our waitress was Mona. There was 7 of us. She was wonderful. Everyone got exactley what they ordered the FIRST TIME.Will be back again, and asking for [email protected]
Pleasantly surprised with the outstanding service received and all of our food prepared as ordered to a perfection, hence the 5? Kudos to Miranda, our server, and of course to the cook.
Enjoyed a delicious breakfast with my husband. Our server Mona was a very friendly and attentive. The restaurant was clean and had a nice atmosphere. We will definitely be back soon
My family love IHop . The waitress, Take very good care of us.The food is very good. My grand children enjoy eating there. As the rest of us. People say they get tired of going to same restaurant. Stephanie was great!! Even with only 2 servers on a Friday night our party of 9 was well taken care of even with the multiple other tables that came in back to back. So I definitely give it up to these 2 servers! Where other restaurants would’ve turned away business they set the bar to deliver great service!
The food is good. Service is OK. Orders arrived at different times. They prefer cc over cash.
