Picked up our pizza. When I got home I saw my order was wrong. I called the store and was put on hold over 20 mins with not even an hello. I hung up called back 2-3 times finally got someone to answer the phone, the worker didn’t know what to do so the manager got on the line, he only offered for me to drive all the way back to the store to get a new pizza. With the prices of gas now I don’t think that was fair. I asked for refund he said No and didn’t even apologize for the error or the trouble. Will not be going back. Don’t eat here it wasn’t even that good. Greasy pizza.
Best way to sum up my experience at this location is chaotic, unprofessional, and incompetent. You are better off ordering at the Spring Hill drive location. I ordered on their app and I got a call from another customer saying their door dash driver delivered my order to their house, so my dad told them about the mix up while he was trying to pick up my order, and their staff was absolutely uninterested and could care less about their staff’s mistake on mixing up the orders and didn’t even offer a free pizza or no charge to the order, while my dad had to wait there for the second order. Will not be going back to this location.
Great pizza, exceptional service and have only had one pie with a mistake.To us that’s great. Other establishments are definitely not as persistent on the perfect pie you will be looking for.J.T.
This location has gone down hill the past couple years especially this year. I have been a customer there for at least 8 years. I've had issues the past couple times i went in but at least they were nice or the mistakes weren't that bad but tonight was the worst. They got the pizza wrong and when i politely asked if they could remake my pizza he said no and argued with me and called me a liar. So i paid for a pizza that was the complete oppsite as i wanted and it was aldo very sloppily made. I don't think i will be returning to this location. I will take my business to Dominos.
Everything we ordered, including the extra blue cheeses for our wings, we got. Deliver person was super nice. Bottom line, a very smooth transaction.
Howie's on mariner has the worst customer service cant get orders right when you complain it's your fault its wrong
Ordered delivery online said 35 minutes. 1.5 hours later get door dash text (I didn't order door dash). Called store to question and cancel at this point, waited on hold for 8 minutes to be told I can't cancel and hung up on. Food arrived cold and gross.
Employees don’t know how to follow simple requests and they’re rude. Owner clearly doesn’t care. Will be glad to take our money elsewhere!
Ordered a cheese pizza with no sauce . Which clearly on the receipt it says no sauce. I don’t understand if people can’t read or just the sheer “ I don’t care attitude “ Since my autistic sons refuse to eat the pizza with pizza sauce . This was a complete waste of money. Ask for each pizza to be well done as well , which they were not. This is the reason why kids should not be running a business .
