Excellent. Service fantastic. Food delicious. Drinks great. Manager checks on everything. Extremely impressive. Definitely coming back. I was there 2 times in one week and I was never there before.
We looked for a local place with great fish and chips. Gators showed up as a local place with a ton of reviews. So we gave it a shot. Great atmosphere. Anthony was our server and he was on top of his game! Great beer specials. Great food!!!! Def found our spot !!
The gyros were amazing! You can get a second one for like $5 more! Definitely worth it! They are huge! Fries were crispy and fresh! The server was very informative about the menu. They have lots of TVs to watch any game that is playing. Great place to eat!
I had an amazing experience here, I love 10 mins away from this restaurant and have been there quite a few times. All visits have been great. My last visit was during a lightning game, even though it was busy everything came out perfect, definitely recommend to try the wings any kind are amazing. John the manager brought us our food and he was super attentive and sweet. If there was 6 stars in this rating he would get them
Worst game night watch party ever! Our server,Kristina, was very sweet and efficient however, the manager came by our table to inform us that he hated our local team, The Tampa Bay Lightning , and everything to do with Tampa in general. He completely ruined our watch party! What a poor attitude for a sports bar manager! The drinks were 2 for 1 although I could have probably paid full price for 2 drinks at other nearby places less than the costs of one. Very bad experience and needless to say, we won't be back! If you want to enjoy watching the Stanley Cup playoffs, stay away from Gators!
This was our first visit to Gators Dockside. Cassidy, our server, was so nice! Very attentive and helpful. My husband had the Philly cheese steak. The manager even brought him a serving of marinara sauce which is very popular in some parts of Pennsylvania. He said this cheese steak was better than any he had in PA or VA. I had the Mahi Mahi tacos. The fish was fresh and perfectly blackened. The fries are crispy and the serving is large. We will definitely come back when we travel this way again.
Kaylee was our server and she was amazing! Also, was greeted by Hostesses and staff at the door like I was a star! The food was amazing today! First time trying the fried Oreo cookie dessert! It was definitely amazing! Will return for sure.
From beginning to end, we had a great experience at Gators of Spring Hill. The most pleasant part of the visit was our interaction with and observations of the hostess, Destiny. What a delightful young woman who demonstrated outstanding people skills! She is kind, considerate and respectful of all customers--we watched her interact with young and old. She is a gem!The food and atmosphere is also to be complimented. We enjoyed wonderful food and more than enough of it! It appears that it is a sports bar, which can be loud and hard to carry on a conversation; however, the music was playing at a level that was tolerable and appealing. Kudos to Gators Dockside of Spring Hill.
The service and food were amazing!! The wings were cooked to perfection, I'm pretty particular about them. The staff was super friendly and made us feel very welcomed. We pigged out and celebrated my friend's birthday. Definitely a must for Spring Hill!!!
I have been waiting to try this restaurant for quite awhile but me and my family always seem to keep going to Rocco's next door. Then finally a frustrating experience one night at Rocco's we left and finally got to try Gators Dockside. They really wowed us with great food and outstanding customer service. Our waitress Charlie was amazing along with Patrick the manager. They really turned our night around and we ended up having an amazing dinner after all. My husband had to be to work that night at 10 pm food was so good he wanted to take an order to go but wasn't sure if he had enough time Patrick the manager made it happen and went back and personally made my husband's to go order himself. Thank u guys for an amazing experience. We will definitely be back and for sure be recommending your restaurant.
