Place an order ONE-WEEK in advance. I confirmed order pickup before closing the night before. Michael stated it was ready, and I showed up at opening the next day (My husband and I drove 1hr and 40 mins to visit family and looked forward to bringing the Italian ice for the event we had.) to find that my order was scooped out of. Genuinely disappointed and inconvenienced. No management to speak with just teenagers that expressed no concern.Edit to “Management”:Nothing was made specifically for me. Per Michael, it was a flavor that he did not need to make because it was ‘over flow’; it was the only flavor he could offer to sell. On that token, “dad” (who the girl in the back referred to as whoever was on the phone.) didn’t have any other options with Alcohol to offer; otherwise, I would’ve taken my COMPLETE order as ordered a week prior. As I can see from the inconsistency in your story, resolving the issue was and is not an option. Best of luck with your problems, and hopefully, someone else will receive a better experience with orders placed in advance! :)
Italian Ice shop is amazing! Highly recommend going as the flavors are delicious and the people that work there are so kind and easy to talk to. The owner Mrs. Michell is very kind and seems to always be there each time I go. Personally I love the butter beer flavor because it taste exactly like the one at The wizarding world of Harry Potter!
Upset that my family and I drove 30 minutes to come here...arrive at 9:01pm...thinking we have 59 minutes and instead...they close at 9pm and wouldn't serve us for the 1 minute. How about maybe update your hours so people don't bring their families to a place that closes a hour earlier than what is posted online.
We have been going to Flava Shack since the one in Port Richey was open. Now we make a 45 minute drive, because it is just so worth it! Highly recommend!! Jelly ring is by far our favorite flavor!if you are making a long trip, a cooler with ice helps keep them cold:) Wish they would open a location back up in Pasco.

Everything is great. So many flavors are exceptional (spumoni, chocolate brownie, almond joy, cherry chip, cry baby sour mix). Finally ventured to coconut flavor, while not something particularly into - it is simply superb and absolutely perfectly made.Brings samples back, pls. Covid shmovid.
Arrived at this place at 2030 and they had just turned the lights out and closed. I’m so disappointed because I wanted to try it for the first time and their hours are completely wrong. Changing your hours on google has to be the easiest thing a business can do and they weren’t even able to do that. I won’t even try to come back because that tells me everything I need fo know about the business. You lost business today and I hope you’re aware and that you can at least change your business hours so the next people who attempt to come here aren’t disappointed and have their time waisted.
Great family owned shop. It is our go-to! Lots of flavors, always trying new things, cannot beat the price. Grab some bottom of the barrels!
