Oh man, where to start. First, every table that was empty, which was all of them but one, was dirty. And I don't mean, "slightly" I'm talking about they look like the crew that was here before were the last ones to wipe the tables, despite the fact that when I came inside there was nobody in line ordering and maybe two to three cars in the drive through line. If you have time to lean you have time to clean.I had to force down the bacon / egg croissant because the croissant tasted like it was toasted in a machine that had an electrical fire either while it was toasting my bread or shortly before and wa was not cleaned. You know that smell that comes from burning the rubber coating that surrounds copper wire? My sandwich tasted like it was flavored like that. If I thought that this crew wouldn't have taken my complaint seriously, I would have asked them to remake it but I am starving and I'm concerned that there is the possibility of having extra flavoring substance added to the new sandwich that would be worse than the burnt rubber taste.I kindly asked the cashier for a side of mayo and he said no problem. As I'm waiting for my food I see a woman putting my sandwich in a to go bag and didn't see a mayo packet. I kindly repeated my request for a mayo packet or two and what's attached to this review are the two packages of mayo I'm handed.I guess it's the norm for this store to provide subpar service because the girl didn't even ask if there was anything wrong while I examined the two dirty packages of mayo that she had just handed me. I figured it wasn't a big deal because afterall it's not like the mayo was contaminated, it tasted fine but presentation is just as important as the service being provided.So I'm wrapping up this review which took me about 15 minutes to write and instead of someone from the crew grabbing something to clean the tables they are mostly heading out to the front of the store to either hang out and talk or smoke.I miss the way the store was run when it was on the other corner, what happened? New owners / management?

Unfortunately slow. Apparently lack of help like everywhere else. No surprise here. Products good. Check your bag before you go most times they do not put any napkins inside for you or condiments.
I order EVERY DAY from dunkin same drink same bagel. I always go to the one off 50. This is 2nd time I went to one on SPRINGHILL drive and got a coffee that tastes like water and a stale bagel both times. I told them and they did nothing about it and I left them $3 tip.
When I get food from here I tend to have to go back inside to get it fixed. Today I ordered mango refresher and an everything bagel that was supposed to be toasted with cream cheese and butter. Well when I go my stuff I tried the refresher, yeah not a big fan of it with the green tea. Then my little bagel i get has no cream cheese. So I did go inside to get it fixed. They gave me lemonade in the mango instead of green tea, so that was better. Then when they fix the bagel it’s like the bagel got a lot smaller and it was also NOT toasted…so I bit into a semi hard everything bagel and just wasn’t satisfied.
I guess the manager wasn't there or didn't care but there was zero line at the drive thru. I ordered a frozen caramel coffee then waited and waited while the teenage girls inside played and talked, they finally brought me my drink and it's not caramel. Mistakes happen but I ordered 1thing. This place has been an issue before and needs better management and proper training for its employees. It's not a playground.
First I have to say I dont eat out much. That being said I entered this Dunkin. I asked the girl if they had somthing with coffee and Ice cream. She recommended Jamoka ice cream shake. It sounded good so I said yes. 6.29 later and I drive off with a milked down ice cream with barely any flavor. It still sitting in my freezer. ???? My daughter comes by today with a vanilla capuchino blast. Now I'm asking why the girl that waited on me that day didn't recommended this. Instead I get a tasteless shake?????????? Today I went by again. I ordered a med cappuccino blast. It was melted its supposed to be like a milk shake. ???
This used to be the best dunkin donuts in spring hill till they moved to this location. My orders are wrong on a constant basis. The staff always looks miserable. The location is by far the worst with cars pouring into spring hill drive cause they can't keep up with demand. Will not be returning to this location. Do better. This is the only location I ever have an issue with.
Management is very poor here also very unfriendly very rude owners! Talks down and constantly yells at employees among other things that go on behind closed doors! Not professional at all! Employees screaming at customers multiple times but who can blame them when they're constantly being screamed at among other things I have heard and witnessed that goes on in this restaurant that is not appropriate to say on here! The food and beverages are overpriced and outdated! I do not recommend going to any of the dunkins they own!
Disappointed waited in drive threw 10m tired of waiting so reverse into a parking spot an walk in..walk in to find employees just hanging out on there phones when there is a long drive threw line made my 2 coffees completely wrong I just won't be goin back to this location for a while I'm very big on customer service not only that front counter had coffee stains on it very simple to clean an most just had attitude.. very disappointed 0 ?
