I ordered through a set menu on GrubHub and somehow the donuts were still wrong. Menu clearly stated "Vanilla Frosted with Sprinkles" and "Strawberry Frosted with Sprinkles" yet the sprinkles were on top of the Chocolate Frosted Donuts and not the vanilla or strawberry... I wasn't even expecting fresh donuts considering the time but I didn't order Chocolate with Sprinkles.
Most of the time the staff at this location are friendly and professional. However, they have a young man who often works the drive through window who does not know how to say those simple customer friendly words… thank you. Management should seriously think about training these young people about customer service.
Great service and product normally but today was very disappointing! Very rude person at the window. As far as customer service this young lady needs to be taught or let go. I was handed my items like I was bothering her and then when I asked for a cup holder for the two hot coffees it was like I asked for a million dollars and a deep sigh later she handed it to me. Then when I went to eat my sandwich the croissant was stale! Not a good way to start a customers morning!
I walk in and stand at the counter for 5 minutes no one said a single word to me I eventually just left without having a single word ottered in my direction. Will never go back
Kayla is a rockstar! I was having a rough morning and decided to treat myself to some Dunkin’ Donuts coffee to change my day. Kayla met me with a smile and customized my order, just for me. Mission accomplished! I feel great due to the excellent service that I received. Hi I felt so great about it that I decided to take the time to leave this review as a way of saying thank you! This is absolutely the worst dunkin in a 500 mile radius. The employees have no pride in their work . The donuts are not quality anymore I probably won't go to another DuncanWe'll find a different place to get doughnuts and coffee
It’s Dunkin, decent food, a bit pricey but clean and fast.
Whoever was working drive thru around 1pm today has terrible customer service. She was rude and snarky taking my order like I was bothering her just asking for a simple coffee. This has happened multiple times at this location I either get an attitude or straight ignored at the window! Today was my last time trying to give this place a shot.
This Dunkin needs better and faster service, for sure. But shout out to Anthony at the drive-thru window. He re-made my 2 iced coffees when asked, hustled and with great service! He gets it done! Thank you Anthony!
On the phone with wife she is going thru the drive thru 5 minute wait gives her order and when she get to the window she was ignored by 2 CSR at the window and when she eventually just drove off because of the lack of customer service and common courtesy. To be totally ignored is not right. Shame on Dunkin
