Consistently terrible service. It's really not that hard. I could walk behind the counter and get more done. Only reason I ever waste my time giving them a chance is because of how close it is. Some people make me wish minimum wage was lower.
My daughter and I frequent this dunkin before school. It is the only place to stop for breakfast by Weeki Wachee high school. I’ve never dealt with such rude people. They obviously hate their job. And people. If I was the owner I’d be so embarrassed. They just stare at you at the window. They don’t acknowledge you or even say anything. If you ask for something it’s like they’re so annoyed. You do realize you work in customer service right? Like you chose this job to serve people. If you hate it then quit.
Horrible customer service,very rude and disrespectful its 10:20am 4-8-22 stay far away from this place if you want to keep enjoying your day

this is our favorite DD location. always love the coffee and the staff is so sweet. wish every DD was ran the way this one is.
Dunkin is just Dunkin... No words can say how great the service is and how fresh the brew is. Taste it, try it and like it.
The croissant sandwich was not good. Croissant didn't taste fresh by any stretch of the imagination, coffee is consistent though, and this location was better than surrounding options (none)
First time going to this Dunkin, and most probably the last. Service was super slow and the store wasn’t even that busy, we waited in line for 20 minutes. Then our egg and cheese sandwich was made with dirty gloves which they put our eggs on with…. and the cheese was placed on the bare counter, and then put on my sandwich! So gross and definitely not food safe
It's Dunkin. Going to be hard to get a 4 star
Love the service that I'm getting from the employees the friendliness and always have a great experience with the beverages and the food!
