Honestly! Ehhhhvery ONCE in a blue moon, I'd have to stand around for a bit and wait for my order, but I'd chalk it up to just training new hires.Aside from that! They do a wonderful job at THIS location collecting my order , preparing it, and having it ready to go just moments after I get there! Keep up the great work!

Terrible service. I ordered a sandwich and waited 10 mins to get it. The 2 girls upfront cleared the drive through and saw me waiting for my ordered stared at me and left. That's when I asked the cashier upfront if anyone was making my order. She asked the other 2 girls the same question was ignored by both girls and she put some gloves on and made my sandwich herself. That cashier seems to be the only one that cares about her job.

I honestly wish i could give zero stars, i come here so much just to throw my money in the trash. It’s like the have a sign that says we’re gunna pretend to give you good service but we’re going to take your money and throw it straight into the garbage can. When you ask them to remake the drinks they give you the worst attitude in the world, coffee taste like water and iced coffee was max with cream and not coconut milk like that was ordered and on the sticker. So now my bf can just deal with being sick all day because you guys gave him dairy when he can’t have it. So thanks for nothing.

This place has no quality control on their food. They will often send out bad and even inedible hashbrowns, and their new thing now is to send out completely burnt food (like english muffins). This has been going on for so long; it has to be a management issue.

Well , the coffee was good but---I told the girl twice that I needed vegetable flavored cream cheese on my bagel. She gave my mother regular cream cheese after asking her twice about the vegetable flavored.I had the hummus toast which was quite small compared to other Dunkin' donuts I have visited. So I decided to order a second order because the size wasn't enough for my lunch. The girl looked at me right in my eyes and notted her head yes and said okay about the second order. I waited close to 20 minutes. Finally, I asked her where my second order of Hummus toast was and she looked at me and said oh I'm sorry , I forgot. The third thing that annoyed my mother and I was somebody was in the restroom for over 15 minutes more like close to 20 minutes. When the woman came out of the restroom finally my mother and I noticed it was a Dunkin' donuts employee. My 79-year-old mother told me when she came out of the bathroom that the bathroom stunk to high heaven and the bowl wasn't flushed. And there was toilet paper all over the floor.I won't be visiting this Duncan anymore.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't hazelnut creamer one of the most popular flavors that store sell; 2nd only to french vanilla? Why on earth did D.D. discontinue hazelnut altogether; oh and salted caramel on their WAAAY overpriced coffee? Reminds me of the holiday flavors they got.. the 3rd day that they offered the holiday flavors...my son surprised me with a white chocolate hot coffee..it was actually quite good so 2 days later I went myself to get one..they informed me that they had run out of the holiday white chocolate and they wouldn't be getting more, yet they left the advertising up for it thruout the entire holiday season... C'mon ppl really? I'll just buy a $10 coffee maker!

I waited 5 minutes before they took my order. There were no customers in line in front of me, but the drive thru was busy. I assume the restaurant was having difficulty with staffing. When I finally got my order, the donuts and muffins were fresh and tasty.

I would give them more stars if I could, the manager runs a tight ship here in the mornings and they pump out the cars pretty quick a bit of a tough drive thru but other than that this is an excellent location. Everyone at this location has been sweet and very efficient.

If I could leave a review with zero stars I would. The staff was more concerned with their personal conversations with each other than listening to orders or even greeting their guests. Window lady going through her infra red hair phase, was particularly rude. I'll drive to Hudson, their staff is always friendly, upbeat, and on point, even when they have a line out to 19. Love that location, this one, 2 minutes from my house... Not so much.

Terrible customer service here , they do not listen to you while ordering. They do everything wrong every single time.. You ask for hot they give you cold. You ask for a latte they say you asked for a coffee. This is not a one time thing, I cant believe how much of a joke this place is , if there was one closer to me then I would not go here again.Oh and they have “discontinued items” this location only while all of Tampa has everything.
