Morning crew is 5 gold stars all the way! They go above and beyond and have never let me down. They are amazing and all deserve raises. They handle high volume but still make you feel like they are friends.Night crew here is a different story. We went for ice cream one night and they forgot part of the order. We returned 10 min later and they treated us like criminals and acted b*tchy instead of just fixing it. Retraining needed especially for dark haired window girl.
What a terrible place. When we first got there, we waited patiently while the lady working behind the counter struggled to make a drink. After a few minutes, she tried to take the order of the people behind us, completely ignoring us. We were not notified when our food and drinks were ready neither, she just put them up. The food was ok and the drinks about the same. The service however, was atrocious to say the least.
There was nobody behind the ice cream counter. I had to find an employee to help us. Then, they were out of bananas and hot fudge so no banana splits. There was a group of people inside the restaurant that were very loud. I thought I was in a saloon! I could not hear the employee and I had to raise my voice so that she could hear me. But the ice cream was good.
I'm a daily visitor for iced coffee. Awesome that one store is providing blueberry muffins without a thick crust of course sugar. I'd have to pick it off the muffin, now I get to enjoy it without the gob of sugar.
We ordered donuts on doordash and Dunkin' donuts decided not to give us the donuts that we paid for. When we called to inquire why they did this, the dude claimed he was the manager, refused to let me speak with anybody else, and said that that's too bad. I asked for his manager two times. after the second time, he started saying some other stuff. I said, "No! who's your manager?" and he told me to call in the morning cuz he's not dealing with this. He told me that his coworker did not tell the doordash employee that they did not have the donuts we wanted. So he or they randomly put donuts in a box that we did not even want. We paid $20 to get hard, stale donuts that nobody in our house even likes or asked for. Absolutely sickening.I just ordered a drink on doordash and received it less than 3 mins ago and this is how full it was...after paying almost $6 for a drink, you'd think they'd actually fill it. I hate that I have to keep being disappointed by Dunkin donuts. Smfh. Cody was really nice though and he fixed the donut issue.

I placed a mobile order and picked it up and everything was fine except I ordered a bagel with butter and they forgot the butter so it was super dry. I came back and asked for a different one with butter and they seemed really upset. I wasnt even rude bc i understand its easy to mess up. The worker with black hair Chayla just kind of aggressively handed it to us without saying a word and she also wasn’t wearing gloves or a mask or anything.
Went through the drive through today Jan 12th at around 10:30 a.m.Very satisfying experience with Manager and staff they were short staffed and the drive through was pretty long and to compensate our long wait they offered some complimentary donuts, they were delicious. Thank you. :)
First of all, this Dunkin Donuts is now my go to place! For coffees also! Because the owner Cory and his wife are the sweetest and take care of their customers! Cory’s wife contacted me after I went into Dunkin and asked me about details. I told her what I would like. And she made the ice cream exactly as I said! She is awesome! On our sons 10th birthday, they made an ice cream exactly how I requested-Spider-Man with light up feature on it! From now on this is the only place I will order ice cream ???cakes from! 3 flavors …. chocolate, Strawberry, Marionberry! The berry flavor was so Yummy!! When our son saw it! He was one excited very happy little boy! Thank You Cory and his beautiful wife for making our sons 10th Birthday the best possible for him! It is nice to know that the Dunkin in my area is the best one and great people. If you ever go to this Dunkin Donuts ask for Cory and/or his wife! They will treat you like a great customer! Drive thru is so bad but going in take just as long. Then your stuck cuz the truck is there and there is only one way out and you can't get out unless you wait through the drive thru line. If in a rush or limited on time don't go.
