They over drafted my account! I gave the driver a $5 tip on on my card when I signed the recipt. The cost grand total came to $70 and some cents, plus the $5 tip, or so I thought... I got an email from cashapp saying dominoes updated my total from $70 and some change to $95 and some change!! Then, when I called, the assistant manager was there, said she would have the manger call me later, and guess who never called???
I dont know what it is but they never ever put the chicken on. 4 or 5 pizzas in a row now I always have to wait for my remake. Some of these pizzas its literally the only meat. I think Im finally done giving my business to this location. This is the only location Ive had this phenomenon at.
messed up my order on a Friday night called in they told me they’d replace it whenever called in two days they had no documentation of their mistake poor service over here.
I’d give zero stars if I could! They have NO idea what they are doing! Last time,I ordered my food, and watched the tracker…guy drove right by my house…I called the store and a girl answered, when I explained, she had no idea what to do…I literally had to tell her what to do…she also sounded high…when she called me back she said my pizza was with another driver, mind you it’s already 25 minutes late at this point..when I get it, it’s cold, way over sauced, almost no cheese, beyond greasy, and I had ordered extra mushrooms on mine and there was only 15 small mushrooms on the whole pizza! I paid for extra! This seems to be a frequent problem with this location…the only good thing about this location is their driver dalton…this time, again I ordered a 12” Alfredo mushroom pizza with extra mushrooms… there was maybe 17 small pieces of mushrooms, it was over sauced, and undercooked. My wings were so greasy that the box fell apart when I picked it up from the doorstep, but they were WAY undercooked! I had to throw them out because they were pink in the middle…17$ down the drain…
There was hair in part of our order. I called and the gentleman I spoke with said he would credit me for the food with the hair but the other food was burnt and honestly I was so grossed out no one ate anything. Now we have 30 dollars in food, still hungry and out the money. Wont order here again. I understand things happen, but they didn’t seem to care.
I am seriously switching to domino's pizza. The deep dish is amazing. Fresh toppings

Ordered our food. Tracker said the order was started, put in the oven, quality check, and when it was time to be delivered it was canceled… waited almost half an hour for my dinner just for it to be canceled last minute. Tried calling and got a closed store response. By the time they canceled the order everywhere else was closed.
Had to wait 45 minutes after I was told it would be another 7 minutes, and the pizza wasn't made the way I ordered it. So I had to wait for them to remake it. This is not the first time they have done this. So I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Every order is made with time and care -you can tell- delivery is prompt and friendly and food is diverse and tastie
