I was so impressed with the manager at this restaurant. My father asked me to pick up an order he placed over the phone. I went in to get it and the server said they had no record of it. I went to my car and called my father, turned out he didn’t end up ordering anything at all. Meanwhile the manager took the time to come outside and apologize (even though they weren’t in the wrong) and said if we wanted to order he would get the food on the grill right away and expedite it. I didn’t catch his name but I wanted to say thank you and it’s rare nowadays to receive such great customer service.

Very nice place. Very friendly staff and waitress was amazing. She was all by herself at night with a lot of tables but still she kept coming to tables non stop to check up if everything is fine or if I need anything else. You say coffee refill and within a minute or two you have hot coffee. Other places have two or more waitresses and are slower then the lady at this Dennys.

While waiting to be seated there was the hostess and two other servers approaching the podium often..we had a party of five and a party of two ahead of us. Since we saw many open tables when the hostess said only a few minutes we decided okay. About 12-15 minutes later that party of five left and we decided to leave also. Maybe a little consideration if low staffed, or hey it's gonna be. A little.longer...but nothing...also did not see any member of management trying to move anything along...if the hostess is manager there needs to be some continued training. I do understand a holiday weekend but there really was not a long line...albeit thank you for the use of free wifi as we were able to direction to another breakfast spot

I was seated quickly - there were only a few patrons at the time. It did take a few minutes for the server to arrive though. The meal was typical tasting for this chain but could have been a bit hotter. Portions were also typical. This was a good - but not great stop.

Food tasted great but service was awful. My husband and I came in, several employees walked past but no greeting or acknowledgement. We were seated about 5 minutes later. Hardly anyone in the restaurant yet waited over 40 minutes to get our pancakes and eggs!

Service is mediocre at best, that's if you get a server that cares. Going on a Monday means only breakfast food And burgers because absolutely everything else is unavailable. Most of the food is either good or completely inedible, cleanliness is not top priority in this place especially in the restrooms. Covid sanitation practices don't exist here, floors sticking when walking, tables left dirty .... Customer service seriously doesn't exist. I won't be returning to this location unless all current employees are replaced because they simply don't care.

Maybe the best time to eat here is after the bar, because at 6:00 P.M. they don't have very good service. My daughters and I waited 3 hours for our meal, every time we went to leave they told us it would be just a few more minutes, and would fill up our drinks they were short a chef and short handed that night. I won't be going back

So, my friends and I went there recently after celebrating at the bar… not my choice of places to go but the only place that was open at 2:30 am… I must say that I was pleasantly surprised! Our server, Bambi, was absolutely amazing! Not only was she quite busy and completely by herself, but she was so engaging and her personality was probably one of the best things I have ever encountered!She took our drink orders and appetizer order right away and was so prompt with everything. Our order was perfect and she didn’t forget one detail! Everything was absolutely amazing!!! You want good service after a night out… go see Bambi at Dennys in Spring Hill!!!!
