First time I had an issue they had given me some old food, I called to complain and they insisted it was because I took my time getting home. Second time I ask them to give me extra meat and they didn't. They don't know the meaning of great customer service.
The best Chinese Food in Spring Hill since I moved here from New York 2 years ago..
The first time I ordered to eat at this place yesterday, the taste of the meal was nothing special. I asked for spicy oil from the owner and they gave it to me, when I got home I wanted to eat my food with spicy oil there was a white mark on the spicy oil that was given to me, after I looked more closely the white mark on my spicy oil was mold (if spicy oil has not been used for a long time, mold will appear on it). I tried to call this shop and tell them what happened and without any guilt and apologies, the owner of this shop simply said ah it's okay just mold and won't kill you, I was quite surprised by their statement, I said that I reported this to the health department then your shop will definitely get into trouble, it seems the store owner ignored me and hung up on me. Based on this first experience I will never go back to buying food at this place, and my advice is to check all your orders before eating because you will never know what is in your food.
I said I would never order from here again as they always get my order wrong but today I thought I would try one more time and again if was wrong. I prefer to go the extra 2 minutes & Drive to King’s Wok on Powell Rd.
Placed order over the phone. Went and picked up order. When I got home I discovered some of my order missing and went I went back to them to ask them about it they wanted to argue and say that everything was in the bag. They did not want to admit they were wrong and left something out. Will not order from them again.
This place has changed quite a bit....food was awesome at one time....now....very disappointing.......ordered dragon and Phoenix....was disgusting

The goal was to not cook......we opened The rice and had to recook it..... like come on man....The 1 star was for the teriyaki chicken....30 bucks for 2 beef fried rice and 1 small order of teriyaki chicken..... so let's get the the actual review.....the rice was old....we are a Spanish family and know rice..... they put 3 slivers of beef, the egg we paid extra for was non existent it looked like someone threw eraser shavings in and it had zero flavor......oh and fried rice is supposed to be.....fried......so unsatisfied to the point I am actually writing a review....and I never write these things...
This used to be the place to go for great Chinese from the first day they opened. Not anymore. The last few times I have been very dissatisfied. Food is not as good and customer service is lacking. Ordered the lunch special had to remind the woman behind the counter that it came with a soda. They did not have a diet and told the worker that I could not drink regular soda. Figured she would have offered something of comparable value instead; maybe an egg roll. She just pretended not to hear me - twice. Crunchy noodle bags only 1/2 fill and did not include an extra bag as requested. The egg drop soup was watery; no pork in the pork fried rice. The food no where close to as good as it used to be. I will need to find a new Chinese place.
I was born and raised in New York, ate at a lot of good neighborhood Chinese takeouts. Lived in many states since and Chinese food is usually bad, sometimes 'good enough' and very, very rarely good. This Chinese food is SOO good and authentically NY takeout, I can't get over it and lights up my brain in strong memories. Wonton soup perfectly al dente and wonton noodle is so thick, holds together even overnight. BBQ spare ribs perfect. My go to chicken and broccoli in white sauce perfect. And good prices. Just moved to Spring Hill and am so happy to live half mile away.
