Couldn't be more disappointed!!! After waiting an hour for my order( and paying for it), I was told that I would be refunded and not have any food??? A disheveled gray haired and bearded Mgr without any hair covering or washing of hands had no clue what he was doing and gave my order to a customer in the drive thru and they could not replace it as they ran out of some of the items. No one knew how to refund my money and a compromise of some food was given but burnt shriveled up burgers and cold fries were not a valid substitute and were tossed away!!!! Unable to return when a big mgr would be there during the day, I just lost out $40. No money and no food. Do not waste your time here go elsewhere!!!!!!
Was there today to pick up lunch. Ordered a bacon zilla NO catsup. Was told out of bacon. Ordered chicken bites. Out of chicken. Ordered Big Buford, NO CATSUP. Repeated NO CATSUP several times. Guess what I got?? Catsup! Didn't discover until I got home. Receipt shows NO PICKLES. Really? The name on Receipt says Beatrice. Not sure if that is the name of the middle aged woman that waited on me or what. I live several miles from Commercial Way so not worth it to take the burger back. Since this has happened to me alot at this particular Checkers, I thought this time I would bring it to someone's attention
This place is absolutely horrible. I literally just left there. Not only was the food old and disgusting I saw the fry girl re dipping the fries to make them hot again. My burger literally looks like it was cooked 4 hours ago. I was sitting there waiting for my drink to be given to me and was given a dirty look and when I was asked what I was waiting for I got an attitude. This place is absolutely disgusting. Bunch of ppl who don't care about the job!!
Food OK, time waiting.. Terrible. We were 5 cars waiting in line. My order was just to pick up (ordered ahead of time), 2 cars in front of me got tired of waiting and started to back up. So we all moved back (here we were 7 cars) and I decided to park and pick the order up, I did, and was a LOT faster than the drive through. I know short staffed, but really the lady getting the burgers, she was SLOW.
Great service, and great attitude even though I showed up at less than 10 minutes until closing...in which they still took my order and had great service, all adding up to an awesome experience [for a drive-thru, lol].!

I visited checkers at 4232 Commercial WaySpring Hill, FL 34606 today order two, meals I was second in line after about 15-20 minutes started getting annoyed nobody has pulled up behind me so I wasn't blocked in I started backing out because there was a car still in front of me when I got close to this speaker this guy said can I help you I said I've already placed my order but I've been online for now probably in 20-25 minutes I said what is taking so long the guy never responded back to me I went ahead and back out of the line. went around the building they still had not taken care of the person in front of me he was still in line .... ⚠️ Warning if you're looking for fast food stay clear of here we went across the street to steak and shake friendly employees, food fresh ,hot , and fast
Worse fnn checkers in the state! They never have anything when you order 2weeks ago I stopped by and order a chicken bites box but nope they’re out of chicken! Now today wanna try the big bbq bacon Buford but no no bacon! Then ordered a Chile dog ohh wait no fnn chili! How do you sell food then don’t have the most popular items in the menu! And this has been this way for the last 7 months! Checkers just needs to close! Worst restaurant in Florida! I honestly believe they’re not out of anything cause the other checkers in Spring Hill never has a problem! I personally believe that these useless people working there don’t want to work or cook anything, it’s easier to say out of it! Especially with the attitude you get when trying to order or pay! If I was running it I would clean house or shut down till economy got better for a better work force! It’s ruining the Checkers brand! Just read the comments! Guarantee the good reviews are bought obviously! Cause how can you give a half way decent review at a place this bad! Ommmg I just can’t get over how horrible the service is no food no customer service so what in gods name are you selling?
When you just want to satisfy that burger craving, Go here. Not a heathy option on the menu but lots of good solid burgers that hit the spot. Fries are good hot so eat em fast and cholesterol be damned.Happy and cheerful staff. Quick drive thru service.
Stopped in for some fresh fries and ended up getting 3 vanilla cones for the grand babies. What a fun mess that was. We ate on the picnic tables in the warm Florida sunshine about 75° and a slight breeze. Thanks Checkers in Springhill Florida USA
