15mins to get your meal is not fast food. Ordered my food at 2:44pm and it is now 3:00pm and they just now gave me my food. The only reason I didn't leave a 1 star is because the staffing they do have are nice. I understand the people are still short staffed and that they should let there customers know or update them on why the food is taking so long.

I went late at night and received surprisingly awesome service! The gentleman who took my order asked if I wanted to add anything to my burger, which is unheard of in fast food! His customer service was fantastic, and has earned checkers a repeat customer.

Similar to every other experience recently, it was a 15 minute wait to order, as they are apparently making each order entirely then taking the next. The three young guys working were cussing and complaining about work, all while touching the register, food and everything else in the kitchen with dirty gloves. This location should be shut down by the health department.

Worse Checkers ever!!!!! Rude employ at the window, we waited forever for our food, watched as they reheated our fries, we said something about it and they snipped at us saying they were making them hot for us, yeah after sitting on the counter waiting for our burgers we asked for no onion on and received cold burgers with onions anyway after waiting almost 20 minutes at the window! We couldn't even eat the fries they were so crunchy and we ordered the XL Fry lovers and they didn't even fill the cup!!!! We hadn't been there in a while because of bad service/food before and thought we would give them another try, NEVER again. So sad, I used to love Checkers.

Ordering is fast but line is long.Employee hygiene appearance is the first red flag.As far as cleanliness goes inside is Nasty plus if you like someone touching your food with no gloves on this is definitely the place for you. It’s sad I will just have to buy checkers fries from the grocery store and cook them in my oven.

I love checkers but this place has no idea what the heck is going on! I work at a seven eleven and I get it when you get short staffed and have a hard time running a business quick and efficient ; but I waited 1 and a half hours in a drive thru that I couldn’t get out of listening to the checkers truck driver blasting music the employees not answering the box when you go up to it! Than when you go to the window that place inside is filthy! And the employees working are not even nice enough to say I’m sorry for the wait or offer a free soda, instead I get here’s your total my card ripped out of my hand, and than I have to hear a employee yelling in the background about firing someone or transferring someone cussing and everything else! Let me just say this place has gone down bill since a few years ago! I will never go there again!! Can’t even get a refund! I’m disgusted!

I came here after work, given im a manager at a restaurant myself and understand how it can be. But when you’re waiting in the drive through at the window for nearly 20mins or longer. To watch their employees drop and serve food to customers when i cant tell how long they sat there for. I watched this poor kid run around doing so much more than others. I saw 3 people in totalthat i could see. Two were working while i saw a woman looking at these two people work so hard. Im not impressed and wont be back and that’s unfortunate. Kudos to the two people working. But as for my meal, its not complete. Not sure if i want to even eat it. Management needs to do something!Update; tried reheating my food and its absolutely disgusting. Money down the drain that couldve gone to another place!!!!!! Management needs to fix their issues in their business!!

The one in Brooksville is a lot better I always have excellent service and they always get my order right but the one in Spring Hill they can't get a order right and it took them two hours to serve five people the food was cold the drinks were flat it was just one bad debacle after another I would not recommend the one in Spring Hill

I never comment on here, but this was needed. 1 girl working. Cars rapped around the entire building from drive thru. I waited for 10 minutes and had to leave. The store manager needs to be fired for failing the company and not properly staffing the store full of workers. And I don't wanna hear the covid 19 race card. If your the store manager and you have literally 1 person working inside the restaurant then you need to get in there and help out, cause this girl working needed about 4 or 5 more people helping. People just stuck in the drive-thru lane. I was smart and parked out front. Two thumbs down.

Stopped by for our lunch break at 2:15am. As we pull up to the speaker we were told you were closed. When your hours clearly state open to 3am.
