Sat in the drive thru for too long waiting to order. I decided to go in instead. I was the only customer in there. Waited at least 20 minutes for my order of 3 burgers. Only one person making the food. He absolutely was not even attempting to prepare the food quickly. Actually it looked like he was intentionally working slow. So disappointed.
04-2022 I went there today in the Drive-Thru and was told they do not have any soda. No Coke no diet Coke no soda at all. They have two soda machines there is no excuse for them do not keep them working and stocked. I think they'll end up losing a lot of sales because of this. If you go there to have lunch you will need to drink water with your meal. There goes purchasing a value meal03-2022 I tried Burger King ordering online today for the first time. After ordering I proceeded to the Burger King where I had to wait 23 minutes in the Drive-Thru to get my order. There was only two cars ahead of me. They were averaging almost 10 minutes per car to fulfill an order. Also I do not understand why they insist on filling the whole cup up with ice so we do not receive any soda. Do they receive training on how much ice should be added to the cup? Or are they trained to fill up the cup with ice so they save money on soda? Unfortunately the prices keep going up and the quality keeps going down02-2022 I have been here several times for breakfast. This location does not know how to make a burrito. The burritos they make are very small and lack ingredients compared to other Burger Kings. Whenever I order breakfast croissants from this location I received them cold. Luckily I can take him to work and put them in the microwave. I feel sorry for the people that can't do this. Franchises cost a lot of money. It is so surprising how badly they can be managed.
Rude service, misses food or makes it wrong.i ordered a chocolate shake and I got a vanilla shake with chocolate syrup on the bottom.... when I asked if it was chocolate she looks at it, looks at me, looks at it and goes yeah. You know good and well she saw it was vanilla with chocolate syrup.
If I could give negative stars I would! BK is known for being slow...but they take it to a whole new extreme. We waited for 10 minutes at the speaker to even have an acknowledgment then another 8 minutes to get our food. There wasn't anyone ahead of us. There were 7 people working, three of which were managers. The older man, who appears to be a manager is always rude and slow. I hope the corporate offices will do something about this. The owners of this location are doing themselves a disservice keeping this management team on staff.

I have gone here multiple times and honestly today really makes me question this location. I arrived during their lunch rush (I was in the lobby, I expected to wait a bit as they cleared the drive thru), but the wait wasn't that bad it was what I was watching. When I got my order taken it was from a nice gentlemen who was doing everything he could to get the ball rolling during the rush. So now I am waiting on food and this random woman clocks in and immediately started giving attitude toward her coworkers. And even brought it up to another customer who was just trying to make sure she was alright. The entire time she was completely rude to her coworkers, and her excuse was she walked into a chaotic situation, well her coworkers have been working in this condition for awhile, and they did not talk to anybody that way, when I finally received my food she literally insulted the cooks job, and said it really needed salt, it actually didn't I liked the food. I am sorry, but a manager should be talking with her involving options because there was no reason for her to treat her coworkers like that, and customers as well.
Why does your bacon egg and cheese biscuit sandwiches taste like cleaning solution? You might want to check your equipment. also as usual the slowest fast food in the area as the gentleman messed up my order on the screen and had to correct him, tells me to pull up to the first window sat there for 3 minutes until he realized he called me to the wrong window. Then get my cleaning solution sandwich.
This is by far one of the worst Burger King's ever. Management is extremely ineffective, the staff is very rude, disrespectful, argumentative and slow. I waited 20 minutes with only 1 car ahead of me for this. It's utterly unacceptable. I have had some horrible experiences at this location but I keep coming back because it's the closest BK around me but after many bad experiences, it's time to go to Wendy's across the street. Much friendlier, faster and accurate service.
This is absolutely the worst Burger King I’ve ever went to. We were in the second line of the drive through and they left us waiting for a long time. Then we simply told them that we’ve been waiting for a while and they where taking orders from the people in the first line and leaving us there. The lady got bothered apparently and started saying “Are you gonna order or not” then she told us to leave our line and repeated it multiple times. This is the worst staff and they don’t deserve any sales! They need to get fired! We even called the corporate and they said they can’t do anything except for submit some letter blah blah blah. This place needs to get sued! That was no way to treat a customer! Along with the manager who was also rude when we complained! HORRIBLE SERVICE! I WOULD GIVE IT A ZERO IF I COULD! I’m not satisfied at all!
We got one of the $5 sandwich deals at Burger King off Anderson snow in Spring Hill fl…. Next to Taco Bell and Zaxbey‘s. On our way home we started eating only to discover that our „treat“ was cold and old. Corporate issued a coupon for replacement. Just went there to give it another try and have to say I will NeVER set foot in to this place. The manager (Slovakian accent) vehemently refused to honor the coupon…. DO NOT GO there if you are in need of a good sandwich and fries
