We are from Kansas City, Missouri and I swore I would never eat burger king again because the people were so rude and the food was gross HOWEVER: I WILL EAT BURGER KING HERE AGAIN!!!!! The service and the care put into our visit was top notch!!!! It felt like we were dining are a 5 star restaurant!!! Thank you ladies for changing my burger king mind!!!! (Kathy is so sweet! We interacted with the drive thru lady as well who smiled at us every time we looked her way! Very pleasant!!! And we learned about the "grandma" who was very proud of her job and her grandkids!!!! Thanks again burger king!!! You're doing it right!!!!
I ordered a double whopper without cheese and extra mayo in the drive-through lane. I reached the window, and the attendant took my money, then came to the window and handed me my order. I drove home to find that I had been given a whopper Jr. There was no receipt in the bag so I could not fill out the survey. I called the phone to talk to the manager, but no one answered the phone.
My nuggets were literally SOGGY. They make you sit there and wait because apparently they're "making it fresh"So why the hell didn't I get fresh food when I waited for it?How high are your employees?? Like come on, it's not that hard to fry nuggets guys.
It was Friday, so I ordered the fish sandwich. I asked if it could be without the bun. It was no problem.It was, surprisingly good. Unfortunately, they left off the tartar sauce. But, I guess it made it healthier for me. But then I go and blow it by having the fries with the fish.I really didn't care for this sandwich, so I won't be going back again.I like McDonald's fries better, too.
Me and my wife are regulars there i must say the manager there is great she has great customer service skills i manage business and she know how to treat her customers alway gives fair servings and handle busy crowd very well very nice lady if want great service recommend this burger king the best ever seen .
It was later in the night that's only thing I hate 5hat they clean shake machine earily at night an I am always getting were not making shakes now need to desisn a machine that's simple,an quick to clean that way maybe they still serving shakes until close.
First classic chicken sandwich I've had in a few years. It was a coupon that persuaded me to try Burger King Again. Two classic chicken sandwiches and two fries for $4.95 however two med. Iced teas brought it to over $10 bucks. Gotta pay for a $15 Dollar and hr min.wage. thanks Burger King. Not too many left.
FAST FOOD FRUSTRATIONThis happened at this Burger King this week.The sign by the street said "2 Whopper Meals for $10". We pull up to the drive through menu and it also says "2 Whopper Meals for $10".I order "2 Whopper Meals for $10""Sorry sir that is no longer available""But it says it right here and out by the street""Sorry but you can't have that""May I speak to the manager?"I explain my frustration to the manager and he says "I'm sorry sir, let me take care of that" and he walks outside and takes down the sign.The burgers from Wendy's were delicious.
This place almost NEVER has change. They always put a note on the Drive-Thru saying exact change only. I mean what kinda business does that? They have lost SO MANY customers this way, I hope this gets to headquarters. Bc it happens allot, going on a year now..
Food was not hot, barely warm. Could tell it had been sitting. Staff very friendly though.
