Ordered one item a chocolate chip cookie dough milk shake. Received a cookie and cream milk with no ice cream. Probably had one tiny scoop. For 7+$ I would like to have what I ordered ?
There was five employees in this Baskin Robbins my husband stopped in here for the first time. There was a young man waiting on couple and talking to the couple. That’s ok but when he finished he turned his back on us and walked away. The manager had come out and was getting a cup and didn’t not even look at my husband and I. One employee passed my husband and I and went outside came back in passed us again and was talking to the other employees. My husband and I was looking at the ice cream for sometime not one of the employees said anything to us. They totally ignored us. As we left I said since no one could wait on us they lost a sale. I will never go back to that place. They were rude and if that’s how they treat customers I m surprised they are still open.
Very rude customer service, woman was clearly not busy and refused to serve outside drive through.
This is actually a combo business of Baskin Robins and Dunken Doughnuts. We came for the coffee! Had an iced caramel laute with whipped cream and a delicious maple iced doughnut! What a treat! My husband ordered a coffee with a shot of expresso, ....and 10 sugars. I know, its excessive, but he likes it. Guess what? When we got to the window they gave him 2. Had to discuss it with server, then was handed more. Service was good as far as the time, and taste, and friendliness. Also, very polite! I'll always come back!

They’ll lie to you and tell you they’re cleaning the ice cream machine for HOURS at night..when everyone gets ice cream... and when I asked if they could take from the freezer where they sell tubs of ice cream they say no. With an attitude at that! (I know it’s a total lie because I have a friend who works at baskin)

Terrible service, bad attitude. Staff could care less. Went in for ice cream, only ones in there, waited nearly 10 Mins before someone came over then sent someone else. After all that said “can’t serve ice cream, cleaning the freezer”. Really?? Won’t be back

Ordered via doordash. Restaurant was out of bananas and other various items in my order and did not call me or reach out to me in any way to ask what I wanted instead. They made the decisions for themselves and now $30 worth of product is going to waste because it was incorrect and disgusting. Not cool fam. Not cool. I work in customer service. We use doordash. Any time we’re out of something and an order comes through, we ALWAYS call and ask what they’d like instead.
