Came in to try their Monday night burger special. Waitress, Hannah, was very professional and provided amazing service. She explained the menu to us and asked us all the right questions. We had a great time. Our drinks were kept full the whole time, we had napkins, condiments, everything we needed without having to wait. Pleased with how great service was at this chain restaurant. Very hard to find that going out to eat at places like this these days. Thank you for the great dinner
If you want a great server ask for Hannah. I had no idea what to eat and she described four popular meals plus her personal favorite. That showed me her knowledge of the product, her attention to customer satisfaction, and her willingness to serve. Drinks stayed full and she brought us more than we asked for. Hannah's manager came by to greet us having learned we were first timers. She gave us a warm welcome and invited us to come see them again. I loved it! The Prime Rib dipping sandwich that Hannah recommended blew me away. Clean, prompt, courteous, welcoming, and professional. I could go on. Go there if you are in town. We'll be coming back. Yes Applebee’s is a chain restaurant . That being said , five stars to this location ! We had a great time here. Enjoyed our appetizers, entrees, and dessert. Our waitress Hannah Was very professional, quick, friendly. We didn’t wait long for our drinks or food and had everything we needed without even having to ask. The Restaurant seemed to be pretty busy when we came , but that didn’t hinder our visit, and our whole family had a great time.
Love coming to visit usually at night. The drinks can be huge if you want, and the food is great!The staff is always nice and enjoys my dogs company when we sit outside. Keep up the good work ?
My family, friends, and I come in every Monday night to see Ms. Hannah ! She is the sweetest waitress and always takes care of us! No matter how many of us are in our group , we always have a great time . her service is amazing , we have everything we need , waters on the table before we even sit down! food is consistently good and prices are not bad at all. Five stars for Applebee’s customer service and Zero stars for Door Dash customer service! This review is in regards to a door dash order I placed for Applebee’s. My door dash driver goes to the store and only takes one bag of food that was in my order and Applebee’s had bagged it correctly and marked my order for 2 bags! Bag 1 of 2, and another sticker on the bag said 2 of 2! Door dash has LOUSY customer service and when I called the driver , the driver told me “tough luck” even though he was the one who had only picked up the 1 bag in the order. Door dash customer service redirects me to Applebee’s even though i told them the issue was with door dash. and I spoke to the lady that was working the to go orders and she apologized profusely and even on door dash’s behalf and door dash customer service dept never even told me sorry once . learned my lesson about ordering through door dash. I then also spoke to the manager at Applebee’s , Jessica and she was very nice and still very apologetic even though it wasn’t Applebee’s fault. I drove back to the store to get my second bag of food that the door dash driver failed to pick up and bring to my house even though I paid and tipped him. It’s sucks because by the time I did get the other half of the food it wasn’t very good but only because It had sat for an extra hour longer than it should have due to the fact it was forgotten at the store. And again the to-go girl at Applebee’s was very nice and apologized and gave me the other bag of food from my order. Thank you Applebee’s for the great customer service. Don’t ever order from door dash. I realized your better off ordering directly through Applebee’s, you will have all of your food and friendly customer service with the to go girl and don’t have to worry about the door dash driver forgetting half your order at the store. Stop ordering to go food through door dash
Went with 2 other couples for lunch. Place was not not crowded at all, maybe 15 people. It was so cold and management said they couldn't get it warmer and disappeared. Service was very slow but food was ok even though room temperature caused warm dishes to cool quickly. We all agreed we wouldn't go back.

Had a party of six people, each with different burgers and the waitress got everyone’s orders correct. She was moving very quick but still friendly and hospitable. The Restaurant seemed pretty busy. And I did notice that our waitress was running back and forth outside a lot, so I finally asked her why and she explained to me it was for pick-up orders. Wow, she was running. Still, she was a very efficient waitress and was attentive to all of our table’s needs. We had everything without asking, and for $6.99 burger night, it’s a great deal. And Good food. We will be back.
This Applebee's has always been a great place for my family to go to and get a great meal at a reasonable price in a good environment. My dad has to use a walker or wheelchair and it is very handicap accessible with plenty of parking spaces very close to the door with an additional ramp at the side of the building. Their food is always excellent. I highly recommend their Quesadilla Burger or their Asian Chicken Salad (literally my favorite salad from anywhere). The service is usually very quick and has always been reasonable. I cannot speak to their bar service or alcoholic beverages as I don't drink, but everything else is amazing.
