Everyone here was super friendly. Multiple people came over and asked if i was good. Refilled my drink for me. I've had less attentive service at sitdown restaurants. Easily 6 out of 5!
Food was good. They are still set up for COVID, so every other table was available, cannot self-serve your drink, limited amount of tartar sauce per order. Despite these minor inconveniences, the restaurant was clean.We had the fish and shrimp platter - 2 pieces of fish, 6 shrimp, fries, and 2 hushpuppies and an order of cheese curds was plenty to feed my husband and me.
Went through drive thru 50 minutes 4 cars in front of us. Finally got our food pulled away trying to head to a place before they closed in 20 minutes not anticipating this will take that long and three of our orders were wrong. Tried calling for 10 minutes no one answered their phone went back to wait in line again to get the right food for them to remake the missing items and that’s it.
Still looking for a decent fast food drive through. This wasn't it. The burger was anemic looking. The lettuce was totally limp and almost spoiled. The tomatoes were barely pink on the edges and pure white in the middle. The fries were delicious. Tasted like long john silvers. The rootbeer float was sad. More water than rootbeer. Very little ice cream. No spoon or napkin.
Came to this location a couple weeks ago with my husband and friend after kayaking and we had the best experience. The root beer and food were amazing but what really made the whole experience was a sweet girl working the register named Aysa. I ordered a mug that I thought had a small crack in it and she found me a new one and personally inspected it to make sure it was flawless. She was so incredibly kind and helpful. I asked her if she was the manager because she carries herself as such. She was so professional and truly has a radiant personality. I don’t review fast food restaurants very often because I usually don’t feel strongly one way or the other but Aysa deserves a promotion and a raise. She is the reason I will be returning to this location next time I head up to Weeki Wachee Springs.
They are the Slowest Drive Thru Ever it's so sad because the food is pretty good. But Drive thru you guys need to step up and move faster. I Think you guys could do better if you really try. Enjoy your job and your customers and keep it Moving!!
LJS chicken planks are the best.Was disappointed in the green beans, as they were not at all seasoned. 4 stars? ? ? ? .
Came in tonight with the wife and ordered a little more than 80 dollars in food. It was my first time so i was excited. Other customers were very rude to the employees and management but they handled it very professionally. Food was amazing and burgers seasoned perfectly. Great job and thank you to the staff for giving us a 5 star experience with you. We are sorry for the rude people you had to deal with and we want you to know that you are recognized and appreciated. Great problem solving skills from your manager brian. I believe that was his name. Keep up the great work !!!!!!
Wow was incdrive thru for literally 27 min, & burnt my wife for her coleslaw which i was charged extra 4, & heard about it all the way home!! Thanx 4 the headache.
