I've been to this Wendy's loads of times and 9/10 times it's been bad. Food is always wrong, or missing items. I've ordered 2 burger meals before and was handed a bag with a baked potato. Or we will order a couble dollar sandwiches and there will only be 1 of them in there so when we get home, my boyfriend gets to eat his while I just watch him eat. Tonight was kind of the last straw. They turned all the lights off and everything early so they "looked" closed, but as I was driving around to leave I see them all in the kitchen with the lights on, on their phones. So they pretty much fake closed the place early and just sat around and hung out in the back. If they had to close early due to short staffing I'd totally understand, but that wasn't it. They were just all sitting around waiting out the clock until closing. They close at 2 according to Google. I drove in at 1:10. So they gave themselves a paid hour break I guess.
Cleanest fast food place around, food is fresh and quick. Team is friendly, have never seen anyone frown. The Manager, Sandra, is amazing, zooming around the kitchen taking care of every little thing with ease and charm. It's a pleasure to come here!
Food was ok but they didn't give me the fries, drink, ranch dressing or tortilla chips for the taco salad. I'm shocked I didn't realize I was missing 1 of our 2 drinks till I was halfway home but after that I was really annoyed that I was missing close to half of what I should have had in the bag- but I was in such a hurry to get home I didn't check everything. Ugh.
It's always great when choosing fast food that their quick friendly and have fresh hot fries at least for me. This location has not let me down ????
I don't know how this company stays in business. They can only handle one customer's order at a time, start to finish, before they can take the next order. Last time I was here there were 6 people all milling about in their little areas unwilling to step out and help a guest at the counter who had been standing there for 5 minutes without so much as a greeting.
The food was wonderful, I asked for honey and butter, the lady at the window said it was in the bag, of course it wasn't, check your bags. It was also an online order, I had to go to the drive thru to get it.
Not only do I come here for the food, but I mainly come for the excellent service that Mackenzie provides. She is so welcoming, inviting, and kind to everyone that comes to her drive-through. I honestly look forward to coming here to simply converse with her briefly. Thank you Mackenzie. I know Wendy’s is a fast food restaurant, but thank you for still being human even while on the clock.
I usually don't do fast food but if I do it's usually Chick-fil-A, PDQ or Wendy's. This location was very clean with friendly staff.
Who doesn't love Wendy's best prices at the fast food line up and frostys are killerBest price on quality salads too
Please don’t leave the Frosties sitting in sun in the window while the order is still being cooked.Frosties should not be like soup. Staff was very friendly. Such a big deal about the new French fries…not even crisp.
