This is such a cute little spot! I got a delicious smoothie and was able to do my work without being interrupted! I did stay until close to closing and an hour before leaving the employees were already cleaning everything up. I was the only one in the shop, so it made me feel super uncomfortable and as if I had to leave when there was still an hour left. Sweeping, mopping, trash being taken out, just wasn’t the best customer service with still a lot of time left before closing. Other than that my experience was great, but I do not think I will go back again.
Coffee, empanadas, and muffins were really good! Small little local coffee shop with a good variety of breakfast and bakery options, everything looked good!
I love the quality of service provided by both Bella and Steven at Southie. The employees are always so helpful when picking out a drink and are able to accommodate changes. I love that they have several vegan and gluten free options when it comes to food. Southie is a locally owned business and I enjoy supporting them just as they support our community.
I love Southie Coffee. They have delicious cold brew, iced matchas, vegan, gluten free, you name it, they have great options for anyone and everyone. I often bring people into Southie because I know they will find something they like. I feel like you just can't go wrong here.
Coffee is really good very tasty! pastries are to die for! also the food is made to order with great flavor. The burrito and empanadas are my favorites, if you want to go simple, try the breakfast sammy with spinach and mayo.
The food is so fresh and so good! i am a local and will definitely be back hope i would have found this gem sooner! The nutella latte with oat milk is a must try along with a avocado toast
Manager was verbally abusive to staff and customers. Food was terrible and took an hour to be served
Friendly workers but horrible management. I advice to go to a place where they treat there staff better.
And it was not worth the price, my business’ time, and certainly not my clients’ time. Was reminded about the shouting, which we’d actually complained about at the time, coming from woman who said something to an employee (within earshot of us, customers a decent way from the door) about another person taking breaks, then immediately turned around and sat down. Employees looked disgruntled and it was obvious whoever the woman was that she was more frustrated than she could handle. Maybe she needs to focus less on micromanaging employees and more on some deep breathing.
Great friendly atmosphere. Great food, service and great coffee, wraps and pastries. Found by accident and we’re locals. Highly recommend.
