Very inefficient Smoothie King. It took 15 minutes, specifically asked for light ice, but mine had very little flavor except for water and ice. The worker had my smoothie made, sitting on the counter, and he left it there to clean the blenders. I watched and waited another five minutes as it melted. Usually for customer service and timing purposes, give a customer the Smoothie first then clean, Just a heads up.
Olivia B. was a breath of fresh air. She was so incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Thoughtfulness, presence and even competence (perhaps especially) is getting harder to come by. I just wanted to say you guys are very lucky to have someone like that representing you and I hope she's appreciated and it reflects in ways that count (hint: a raise) just saying.
i love smoothie king because of the categories that smoothie king has the first smoothie i had from smoothie king was pineapple spinach because that smoothie was in the vegan category
All drive-thru patrons should receive a "thank you" regardless of leaving a tip. Only when I leave a tip do I receive a "thank you." Not okay. Only silence was exchanged between the young lady and me this afternoon as I removed my card from the portable terminal she extended out her window. Do better next time. Anyone who chooses to spend money at this establishment should receive a thank you - not only the visitors who include a nonessential tip. (The mango-fest smoothie is amazing though; I love Smoothie King - maybe the young lady wasn't feeling well today).
Said they don’t take $50 bills. I don’t know why a store wouldn’t be able to provide $40 in change. Poor excuse for a buisness, I just walked out.
They do good smoothies most of the time, sometimes it's hit or miss. My main complaint is finding a tiny piece of plastic in my smoothie, I almost swallowed it.
Since discovering that Smoothie King offers keto smoothies I excitedly ran down to this location and could not be more pleased and impressed with the service provided by the young men and women that work at this store. As far as the Keto Champ Coffee smoothie goes, it was fabulous and since I've been on the keto diet for the past 2-1/2 years and seemingly conceded smoothies from my diet, I felt as if I was reacquainting myself with an old friend. You may be surprised how many varieties they offer in line with many different diet's, all of there drinks and nutrition info are spelled out and clearly displayed in store to make ordering simple.

The girl doing the smoothie was not wearing gloves and handling the register back and forth while doing the smoothie. Okay, I'm not gonna be a Karen about it. But then I saw an GIGANTIC rat cross the room. Told her and she said they don't have rats. Maybe that rat identifies as an employee but either way- gross. Yes, you have rats.
This location has the kindest owner and staff. Such service and customer care is rare in today's business environment. I recently had an issue that the owner went over and above to resolve. Not only do their smoothies taste incredible but their commitment to quality and service makes this my go to in the area. Kudos to this location for wonderful service and healthy food options!
