Just ordered a pizza for delivery. The toppings were good but the pizza was cold! I had to literally microwave the pizza to heat it up before eating. The crust was chewy, even before microwaving it. I tried calling this location to see if they would correct this but I was on hold for over five minutes and gave up. I was looking forward to some good pizza but I can’t recommend this place.
Absolutely! The worst experience that I've ever had from Pizza Hut. I just moved into this part of town and ordered some food from not being able to prepare food as yet. The pizza that I ordered arrived completely incorrect and cold. All of the food was cold. It was over 30 minutes late according to their text message that tells you when your order will arrive. The ingredients requested on the pizza. We're wrong. The pizza was cut differently than requested. The delivery driver must have had at least eight orders in his hatchback. Whatever you do, avoid this store horrible!
Came for pick up for pizza at my job. Ready on time as they said. De-lish! Love the garlic/cheese bread! Reasonably priced for 2 square pizza, bread and chix.
delivery is 3 times as much as you can do pickup and I thought that was the reason why they only have a few mile radius of delivery and the reason they can't do tip sharing so they pay them to deliver the food that would be like tipping cashier for selling their products then you have to tip the people who bagged it up too and don't forget about the people who are not able to carry the hundreds of dollars in food to the car that's why you should have to say that fine print on the TV commercials that is not possible to ? but it is like firehouse subs gives a penny from each 10$ and. 0.01 is what they donate and they have a cap on it well I can see Publix products at just about every food pantry and people who spend money with places that have different politics then yours is silly I would rather pay a little more knowing that you ever get into a situation that they are willing to give back to the community ?
Pizzas were prepared to prefection.... I like thin crust crispy... my son's choice, stuffed crust meateaters.... best we've experienced from Pizza Hut in sometime... will return to this store!
Ordered curbside pickup that was supposed to be ready in 15-25 mins. Arrived on time then texted the number on the curbside pickup sign outside of the store to notify that we had arrived. After 45 additional minutes of waiting and no employee ever bringing out the pizza , eventually having to go inside when I ordered curbside, The pizza had been placed in the warmer instead of being brought out to the car. The pizza's nasty taste had no benefit to the experience. Never again will i order from this place.
Pizza was delivered way faster than expected. Ordering process was super easy. Delicious !!
I order a pizza every Saturday at the same time and the cashier knew me by name today. The only thing is the pizza wasnt as hot as it is normally but still had a good taste. The only thing is i just got into the butter garlic crust a month ago and you took that option away and now the crust tastes bland.
Ordered extra sauce on my thin crust pizza but it came with barely any sauce on it at all. It was mostly cheese and toppings. It would really be nice for the extra sauce option to actually mean extra sauce!
pizza and service was good. Amount of toppings was pretty low. I could count on two hands how many mushrooms and pepperoni were on the pizza.
